Very reasonably priced hotel. We were greeted with warm friendly smiles and escorted to our rooms with no hassle. The reception staff are slow with English but their politeness more than makes up for it. We booked 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. The twin rooms were more spacious. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms were... More

Loved it. Could have been a little closer to the center of town but nothing a short tuk tuk ride couldn't fix. When we first checked in our rooms weren't ready so we spent the afternoon lounging by the pool enjoying a beer. The room was spacious and clean with good aircon which was a blessing because the rest of... More

Unfortunately, there was major construction going on while we were here and it was very, very noisy. Once they stopped (well past 5pm), it wasn't too bad. This hotel is very, very warm. There's no air conditioning in the lobby, hallways or the breakfast room. The AC units in the rooms struggle to get the room below 26 degrees C... More

The road construction outside the hotel made it inaccessible, extremely dusty and noisy. Plus, it is located far from anything interesting. For the money, there are better choices. But the breakfast is good.

The AC is not adequate for the weather. The management requires that you turn off the power to your room when ever you are out. So the room heats up. It is impossible to charge camera or phone batteries unless you are in the room. However, the breakfasts are ample and varied. We enjoyed the pool and the decor. The... More

My husband and I booked this hotel via a booking website at very short notice after we left a problematic guided tour. When we turned up, the reception manager apologised to us about the fact that they had been fully booked, but she was able to book us in elsewhere for the first of the two nights we had requested.... Nice rooms! spacious clean, even though it looks a little like the seventies, with the old style switches and knobs that control the lights in the room, that just added to the experience. Nice clean bathroom, shower and a Safe! But the best thing this hotel has to offer is the amazing breakfast! The selection is HUGE and the meals... More

No internet in many rooms (including mine), broken lock, coffee but no kettle and nothing they will do about it. Poor location too. I understand the hotel was fully booked and there were no other rooms available but there were no apologies, no compensation or help of any kind. Not good enough and not what you expect in this part... More

This hotel was allocated to us as part of our 3 day/2 night tour to Siem Reap from Bangkok. The horror trip; a result of a bad decision to book with Thailand Tours Center [sic]; will be outlined in another review. The hotel was quite a surprise once one enters the atrium from the foyer. Water features, sculptures and sala's... More

We were delighted with our stay at this great hotel. It was immaculately clean, staff wonderful and food in the restaurant some of the best in Siem Reap. The location off the main road was very quiet.
