After an unexpectedly long 12 hour trip overland from Korat in northeast Thailand, my sister and I arrived at this wonderful guesthouse. I agree with all the positive comments which I have read on Trip Advisor. We stayed here on the recommendation of a couple that we met in Ottawa and the reviews which we read. Everything was as they... More

My wife and I chose the Seven Candles Guesthouse because it is run and directly supports the Ponheary Ly Foundation, an amazing non-profit focused on helping Cambodian children get access to school, and supporting them through their education. The Guesthouse is lovely, and we felt right at home. Great top floor hang out area where you can eat, use wifi,... More

stayed here for two nights while the water festival was on. Luckily we had a room at the back so couldn't hear anything. Not sure what it would be like at the front as the road could get quite busy. Everyone working here was friendly and they have big purified water that you could top your bottle up from. Internet... More

Stayed here in one of the large family rooms. Room was very spacious, clean with 4 beds, en suite and a/c in room. The wifi is free and breakfast, although not included in the room rate is lovely with a good range of choices and can be ordered the night before, either to be eaten in your room or in... More

Really nice guest house in a good location with very friendly staff. Free pick up from the airport was a nice bonus. The rooms are very clean & its a 10 minute walk or a $2 tuk tuk ride to pub street. I would stay here again!

The hotel offers a personal guide to restaurants in the area based on the manager, a western, opinions. There is a hotel with a pool next door. The hotel does inexpensive breakfast, in bed by request and the staff was friendly and delightful. The place was clean, quiet, and came with a tv, dvd player and hot shower. The wifi... More

I stayed here for four nights and enjoyed my experience. Everyone was friendly and the guest house gives you the opportunity to purchase books for kids and learn more about their foundation. I appreciated the fact that it is family-owned, too. My room was spacious and the A/C worked well, plus the strong ceiling fan helped cool the room down... More

I chose this place due to their value creating social responsibility and the above average reviews. The guest house has friendly staffs and the way they work look like a big family to me. My quad room is big and spacious, with 2 wash basins and 4 super single beds. They have free wifi, a computer with free internet, DVD... More

We spent two weeks at Seven Candles and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Ly family who runs the guesthouse are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our bed was comfortable and our room was always clean. The common areas were nice to hangout in and offer some decent views of the neighborhood. ATM's, convince stores, and restaurants are all... Wonderful place to stay. Well located away from the centre of town , fantastic people couldn't be more helpful, lovely food & good accommodation. Additionally the guest house is associated with an amazing educational foundation which supports primary and secondary children .
