I am still sitting in the lobby of the guesthouse, before leaving the city tonight. I want to take my time to write about this beautiful place. It is a lovely family-owned guesthouse in the middle of Siem Reap. Cambodia is still going through some difficult times and recovering from the past, so a lot of businesses are run by... More

We stopped here as it was recommended by lonely planet, and got one of the last rooms which had a big bed with a small twin as well. First thing after taking a long bus we wanted to shower...there was no water! We went to the front desk and they said "yes that happens, sometimes there is water sometimes not".... More

Our stay here couldn't have been better. A lovely big room overlong the temple. A 30 second walk to pub street or to the river side, with ample places to enjoy and eat out. Couldn't have been better, thanks very much.

This was one of the first places we stayed in during our backpacking travels to Southeast Asia. Although we have now traveled for over two months we still remember this place as one of the best ones! We booked advanced since we arrived in Siem Reap in the evening. We booked through email and we also asked for pick-up from... More

My husband and I stayed here while in Siem Reap and we found the staff to be a lovely family that were very helpful and accommodating. We loved the location of the guesthouse just a quick walk from pub street, but a lot quieter than most accommodations down there. The rooms were clean and it was very well priced considering... The guesthouse is situated 1street next to the place you want to be in the center of Siem Reap in a quiet street. The entrance can be hard to find but it's worth every second of searching. The beds are very good here, the hotel itself has a good atmosphere and the staff is very helpfull. The rooms are above... More

Horrible stay! A big amount of cash was stolen from our bags although it was very well hidden (!). We planned a long-term stay at Phrom Roth for about 6 weeks... During a long time like this you have to keep some money and valuables in your room. The guesthouse owner also reacted absolutely rude and unfriendly, accused us of... More

After my day trip to Angkor I found that during the day someone had entered the room and spoiled one of my pictures which was left there - it was covered with stains of some unknown sticky substance. I immediately inquired the managers who confirmed that their staff was in the room during the day, apparently to clean it. However,... More

Dear Mr. Emil, Thank you for staying with us and making time to write this report. We really appreciate your expression of dissatisfaction during your time with us. However, we found this more as a childish-like complain and let me explain why: 1. From where in the world that you got that 'holy man' like photo? come on man! It's... More

They stay true to their motto "Priceless Khmer Hospitality" The room was worth the price that we paid. It was large, clean, cool and the windows had mosquito netting. The staff was friendly and service minded. they provided great and affordable all day tuk tuk service to places of interest, both very early morning, as well as, late at night.... More

Location is good as it's near Pub Street, Night Market and other establishments. Room's great! We had our own restroom and it was clean. Also, they clean the room everyday so it's great that when you come back from temple hopping, you have a clean room to come back to. The staff's nice. Free airport pick-up. I'm definitely going back... More
