Though my entry into the professional world and consequent graduation from youth hostels to proper guest houses has been fairly recent, this is by far the best place I have ever stayed. The owner tim has created a magical oasis in the middle of Siem Reap at a bargain price and goes above and beyond to anticipate his guests every... More

This place is a gem. They start off right. As soon as you arrive; they sit you down in a comfortable chair and serve you a welcome drink, a fabulous, cold limeade. They take your bags up to your room... they give you map and give you a five minute orientation to the area and basically say, 'whatever you need;... More

Just arriving there Sophearith and Tim made me feel immediately home. They managed to make a small oasis of freshness and quietness in the midst of the heat of the Cambodian dry season. They were providing me with honest tips on the activities in Siem Reap and their cheerful staff were always taking care of my comfort. Luckily I reserved... More

Quite new construction, so it is clean with furnishing in good condition. Decent salt water pool - a necessity after hours in the heat at Angkor Wat - but typically smaller than it appears in photos. Rooms are lacking any decor or warmth, but spacious with good bathroom. After two months traveling, and in the hottest location, this was the... More

Every time i visit Siem Reap i stay at the Rose Apple. I will always come back here if i visit Siem Reap. It's a great team, super friendly staff. Great great food, local and fusion (probably the best fries in town, the owner is Belgian ;) ) Nice restaurant area at the pool of the boutique bnb. They have... More

I stayed here from March 19-21, room #4. All the basic stuff (toiletries, towels, drinking water) was already provided. Towels and complimentary drinking water were also replenished everyday. There is also a pool (which I didnt get to used but I definitely will the next time I go back!) to cool off after a day's trip to the temples. Surroundings... More

My husband and I spent three nights at the Rose Apple and really enjoyed our stay. A short walk down a dusty, rough street should not put you off as it leads to the heart of town and great restaurants. Breakfast is excellent as is the pool. Tuk tuks are right out front and are very trustworthy. The rooms are... More

Having stayed in a variety of places in Thailand and Cambodia over three weeks, this was my favourite and would definitely return. On arrival down a bumpy dirt track (don't let this put you off) the hotel was paradise - quiet, clean, lovely pool and sunloungers, friendly hands-on staff, great tuk-tuk drivers and good wifi. When we arrived we were... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here March 8 - 12 with two other friends and loved staying in this hotel. The family run nature and calming atmosphere after a day of touring the temples, were perfect. A few highlights: - Staff: they were wonderful and great about setting up tuk tuks for us, which were always available out front. The... More

We loved our stay here. We felt so relaxed, and welcomed. Tim was incredibly friendly and helpful. He's always asking is everything okay. The staff are all so friendly, helpful and make sure they help you instantly. The rooms are so comfortable, it felt like home. They've got the pool temperature just perfect. Apart from your typical review, allow me... More
