We stayed at this hotel on our first night here in Siem Reap and had been travelling for 36 hours so just accepted the first place we were shown, which ended up being Bun Seda Angkor 'Villa'. (Not in anyway a villa). Hotel looked okay at first glance, has a pool table in reception and a tv where they screen... More

We ended up at this place because we failed to make a reservation for accommodations in Siem Reap in advanced. First - be sure to make reservations in advance! Siem Reap is busy and the nice hostels will be full if you try to get in on the spot. Anyways, get inside and there is no air conditioning, there was... More

Got a room here for $14 a night between the two of us. The guy running the place seemed really lovely so we overlooked a lot of the faults with the room (damp smell, cracked toilet seat and bath tub) to begin with. On our first night we asked if they could fix our air conditioning as it felt really... More

I am a backpacker & i am not fussy or expect over the odds for the money paid but this place is a joke!! We arrived after along day of travelling from Thailand - hungry and tired. The room seemed fine on first inspection. We then went to order food, which was over priced and not very nice, but the... More

We've stayed here before and are back here for 4 days. We live in Cambodia and have the opportunity to visit many guest houses and restaurants. I cannot understand many of the comments here as we have not experienced the problems cited. Our room is clean, the air con works too well (got too cold and turned it up!). The... More

Reading some other reviews, it should look like a hell hole.. Well it isn't. Pleasant big rooms, comfortable bed, nice staff, food reasonable, certainly reasonable priced. Being on the top floor isn't the best of choice, no elevator so if your heavy packed, not a good deal. Hallway is sparsely lighted which can give trouble getting you key into the... More

We arrived at the "villa" along with a tour guide, organised from Bangkok. We had not our bags off our backs when he tried to sell us the the tour of the temples which if we did not book immediately we would not get. This is not true. He tried to over charge us around £40 each. He got angry... More

The rooms are in terrible condition, holes in the wall, musty smell, bathroom was terrible. The front desk was unhelpful. The worst part of the experience was the fact that the staff came into our room, went through our baggage and stole $500 USD from us. Avoid this place. Go up the street and stay at the Arboretum instead, which... More
