We reached this place after very long journey in shining hot sun. The design of the hotel is very traditional style and beautiful. This is a very big, descent place, they have a big swimming pool and many rooms face the beautiful pool. Hotel is very near the market, yet away from the noise. The main religious temple Angkor Wat... More

High speed Internet, good location, and facilities. They provided very good customer service and the breakfast with different varieties. Maybe the electricity is quite expensive in Cambodia, sometimes they will off the lights and air cond for corridor.

The rooms were new, large and comfortable, with the hotel being in a great location near Phsar Leu Market, you can buy alot fruit, food with style Cambodian and only a 5 minute walk to the Pub Street to enjoy cocktail and Angkor, Cambodian, ABC beer, and 15 min go to the Air port. The staff were also very accommodating... More

My wife and I spent 3 days and 2 nights at this hotel. Based on the previous reviews, we had very high expectation and from the moment we arrived, we were very disappointed considering the much better hotel options that are available in Siem Reap. We booked an executive suite which was only a big room with not much else.... More

Dear Value Guests! We have learned from this review and found this is the unacceptable review! they reserved an Executive suite room at Smiling Hotel with much offer such as pickup and transfer to/from Siem Reap International airport, welcome basket of fruit on arrival date, basket of flower and 1 hour Cambodian traditional massage with lower rates offered. How can... More

Terrible! The room smelled of mold, sheets with holes, slow shower drain -- even after it was "fixed" following my complaint. Sound insulation is non-existent, you can hear everything that's going on in the room next to you which is particularly bad in a place where some people choose to get up at 4:30AM to see the sunrise. Not recommended.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days during our visit in Seam Reap recently. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is a bit hard but it is not a problem for me, I still can doze off easily. For the breakfast, there are varieties of food but since I am staying for 5 days I get... More

We stayed one night here and promptly took up with hotels.com to give us a refund the next day. First off, the good: the staff are lovely. They're genuinely caring and will do whatever they can to help you. The trouble is, there doesn't seem to be very much. And now, the bad: we were placed in what, I can... More
