This is a 3 star hotel at best. Rooms are basic, but do have western tv. Rooms are in poor condition and showers flood the bathroom. Breakfast is terrible, give it a miss and go out. Pool is ok. Staff do not really talk and walk around like robots. Overall I would not stay again.

Stayed here in February for 3 nights prior to a tour of Cambodia and Vietnam. A fantastic hotel. Lovely rooms. Good food. Friendly staff and nice pool The rest of the holiday was very good and we . preferred Cambodia to Vietnam. The Cambodians were very friendly and happy people and always a great atmosphere. The Vietnamese were more tourist... More

Once you actually get to the hotel - you will find it be relatively clean and nice. However, its a bit of an inconvenience as it is SO FAR away from the lively down town as well as temples. However, if you are looking for something that is more secluded then this is not a bad bet.

Our tour group stayed there for 3 nights, sharing a 4-bedroom (en suite) Apsava Villa with a common kitchen and living room on the first floor. As we arrived on New Year Eve, there was a welcome cocktail with some cultural events / demonstration at the Lobby area; and a pool side buffer dinner was organized by the Hotel. Though... More

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel in 3 years, and we can certainly tell that the condition and serviced has slipped since our first visit. Despite that we still love the place for many reasons. 1. The rooms are large, well laid out and I love the timber work. The bathrooms in the back block... More

After the experience in the second hotel we stayed at, this was a much welcomed relief. A nice clean room with a decent view, and a large pool that was rather inviting in the heat. We were greeted with the customary wet scented towels and a drink whilst checking in. The breakfast buffet had the widest selection of all three... More

the location is excellent which is quite near the angkor temples. the rooms are spacious and clean. there is a pool and spa. although there is a dry and steam sauna , i dont recommend using it. its functionable but not spotless clean. the staff are friendly and very accommodating. breakfast needs variety, although good enough. over all, its value... This hotel is nestled away from the busy "downtown" streets of Siem Reap. The highlights are most certainly the large villas with good air conditioning. You'll need it most of the year because it's so humid. There is a beautiful swimming pool. The restaurant had free breakfast, but it was one of our least favorite of the places we stayed.... More

Location: A bit far from the city centre, but nearer to Angkor Wat. Room: clean, spacious, nice decoration with flat screen TV. Our room was opposite the reception area/ poor, has free WIFI connection, though signals was not strong. Comes with 2 bottles of complimentary mineral water. Service was excellent, staff are very friendly, some can communicate well in English/Mandarin.... More

When I arrived at the Siem Reap bus terminal, the tuktuk driver told me that the hotel was far away from the centre and would charge me 10 usd to take me there. This is 3x more than the most expensive taxi ride I took in Bangkok. BUT, he continued, if I hired his services the next day to take... More
