This hotel was okay for our stay. The room we stayed in was relative big and being 3 people we all had our own bed. The bathroom not that good though, the toilet didn't flush as it should. Some of the staff were pretty nice and helpful, others not som much. The breakfast consisted of one fried egg and white... More

When we got to Siem Reap, the driver recommended us this hotel (which we never should have done since they probably get a commission). The room looked fine and was very big so first impression was good. First thing that started to mess with us was the bathroom, the toilet wasn't working properly. The breakfast consisted of bread and one... More

We stayed at this hotel while we were visiting Cambodia, and unfortunately we had a horrible experience. When coming back to our hotel room after spending the day in Angkor Wat the cleaning ladies had enjoyed our luggage. Our daughter's suit case was opened and clothes were used by the cleaning ladies, also were make-up and hair brushers. We chose... More

This is a terrible hotel. I don't know where to start. It was cold so I asked for an extra blanket. The front desk man said he would turn on the heat on using the a/c unit. I waited and waited for the place to warm up. It never did. So I went back to the front desk and a... More

We were recommended this place by our tuk tuk driver after we asked for a place close to the busy part of town (Pub Street and Night Market). I suspect the tuk tuk driver had "close ties" with the management of this hotel for commission. This was the worst decision of our lives to stay 2 nights at this run... More

Well after we got off a six hour bus ride from Phnom Pehn and got on pour pre booked tuk tuk to our hotel we found our selfs here after a "over booking" at our original hotel. The second we walked in we knew it was not going to be great. The staff at the front desk were rude and... More

Me and a friend stayed after being dropped off by a tuk tuk driver. The room was clean so we thought it would be okay. Unfortunately we didn't read reviews prior to this, we turned up late and decided this was good enough to stay one night. On arrival we paid 17 dollars for the room and the man behind... More

A truly terrible experience that I wish I never had. Nearly torpedoed my impression of Siem Reap. Fortunately I made it past the dungeon master and saw the light of day at another hotel! + location - surly sneering condescending arrogant service crew. Every one of them without exception. - breakfast. Garbage. A tiny crusty old half baguette with a... More

Please stay away from Ponloue Angkor Siem Reap Villa. The rooms in this hotel are small, miserable and overpriced. The towels are synthetic and so on. The owner/ receptionist is as friendly as a poisonous snake. The hotel is located in Sivatha Rd (old market area) just by the roundabout with the statue of dragons.
