Staff were friendly. However they only few who can really understand you. I got this hotel due to their connection to Capitol tours which we get to go to Bangkok. Our room is spacious and clean Although the Aircon is not Cold enough and the Toilet bowl is missing a cover. Overall the GuestHouse is Very Good.

We stayed at Ta Som Guesthouse for 3 nights and they accommodated our customized travel plans/tours with all smiles! They gave us the best prices and the best service! They even gave us pretty Khmer gifts upon checkout! Mr. Meng and ALL the staff in Ta Som -- drivers, front desk, housekeeping, wait staff, cooks, etc. -- are extremely customer... More

My daughter and I booked at Ta Som on another traveler's recommendation. Siem Reap is full of all kinds of accommodations from luxury hotels to dorm-style hostels. Ta Som is a really great value guesthouse. The rooms are large and bright, AC, clean bathrooms. Each floor has a breezeway with a porch and comfortable chairs and benches where you can... More

There are a great many hotels like this in Siam Rep, that have a business model like the hotels in Las Vegas, with super cheap rooms but profit off booking tours of Angkor Wat temples. The reception is helpful, the breakfast decent and they even pick you up at the airport and take you to the airport at the end... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here recently and he got sick, so we stayed for an extra day for him to get better. The staff were very helpful and concerned. The food is not super good, but the rooms are comfortable. The guesthouse is run by a huge family, and the tuk tuk driver is a young kid trying to... More

Booked via Agoda.com and paid 25$/night. I did feel it was quiet a lot but after inspecting the rooms I felt its worth. Nice & clean, traditional khmer style villas, very helpful staff, clean restrooms, spotless linen. Provide additional services of booking, tickets, etc. Walk away from city's mega mall called Lucky mall. Safe & sound. Highly recommmended. Will return.

Easy to find especially at night since it is located next to a brightly-lit Caltex petrol station. There are some food outlets and massage places nearby, but it's a 10mins walk to the famous and busy Night Market/ Pub Street area. Triple room is simple, homely, well-maintained and comes with super single beds. Room a/c doesn't work very well but... More

It's on the main street and easy to find. The staffs were very helpful but too bad they were so noisy at night when people need rest. I got the room just some metres from the lobby, it was a nice room actually. They arranged a free of charge airport pickup by tuktuk and served delicious breakfast.

Rooms are big and have big beds. Cheap accommodation. We got the triple room for $20 per night. There is a nearby convenience store. Location is good. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is okay, there is a number of choices but same choices everyday.
