My wife and I stayed at the Kool Hotel while visiting Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. The bedroom was perfetc and not only did the service always come with a smile, the hotel arranged a top-class guide for us around Angkor Wat. The shuttle to the restaurants and shops came in useful, too.

It's been a while since I was there with my son, August of 2011 - but I have never forgotten how wonderful it was at the Kool Hotel, I would never consider staying anywhere else - and I will be going back to Siem Reap! Every aspect, comfort, cleanliness, friendliness, helpfulness.... all top notch! They arranged a guide for us... More

Stayed here in February 2011 and was very pleased with the property. Rooms were clean and well maintained, pool was good, breakfast in the cafe was good as well. Watched the Super Bowl on a 20" TV in the cafe -- wouldn't necessarily recommend for sports bar purposes. All-in-all would definitely recommend -- walkable to the downtown bars and friendly... More

It was a little more expensive than it probably should have been and was about a 10minute tuk tuk ride from pub street but was still very good. Had great rooms with very nice Asian aesthetic and a good pool. The best feature was the amazing garden in the middle, really fantastic for just relaxing with a book for a... More

The hotel's location (little out of town), staff, decor and environment is just right for nice vacation. This is the best hotel we stayed in our 20 days trip thru 4 countries and 8 cities. They went an extra mile for us. Actually I booked a van from them to bring us (6 ladies, seniors and adults) travelling from Pattaya... More

The room was clean, spacious, quiet and with a nice balcony. Swimming pool is also very clean and relaxing. I really enjoyed the breakfast, don’t miss the banana pancakes. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Helped us with airport pickup and Angkor Wat tour. Good value for money.

The Kool Hotel went that extra mile for us all the time. The room was well equipped, the atmosphere was cool and the staff were delightful. They made a breakfast for us early in the morning and sent it to us at Angkor Wat along with several iced water bottles for no extra charge. In Cambodia there are often problems... More

Staffs are friendly and very helpful with tours. Rooms are large and comfortable. We have free tuk tuks go to town center every evening and pick up back to the hotel before 9.30PM. We have stayed there for 3 nights and totally satisfied with everything. We would highly recommend this hotel. Our brothers have already booked there and will stay... More

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and it was one of the most memorable holidays i have had. The staff was courteous, nice and amazingly friendly but not that kind of fake friendly so its good. They were real and honest. The manager of the hotel was incredible because he went to lengths to ensure our comfort, safety... More

We travelled on a budget and this is one of the finest places we stayed. Our boys (13 and 14 years old loved the place and wanted to stay). Service was great, we loved our rooms, enjoyed the pool and billiards, and ate at the restaurant everyday. A very welcoming and restful atmosphere. As some of the reviews state, some... More
