I really wanted to like this place. It came highly recommended by a friend and I decided to splurge outside of my budget a bit because she raved about it so much. I paid in advance to receive a special for a suite, making it the same price as the regular rooms. First off, the owner refunded me one night... More

I've been to Siem Reap three separate times and lived in SE Asia for almost 2 years and this was by far the best & most unique stays I've had. This hotel had all the special touches I would expect in a Western hotel but also all the ones I would expect in an Asian one. ALL the staff were... More

This is a 3-room boutique hotel right in the middle of all the action. Right next to the pub street, surrounded by restaurants and cafes you can just walk everywhere. The owner and staff are very friendly, give great suggestions for dining and sightseeing and help with any question you may have. The rooms are very spacious. Ours had a... More

Really good spot- so central in the heart of the markets and bars. We had bamboo room with private terrace which was lovely. Some problems with electricity fuses tripping meant we showered in the dark before our 5am temple visit but not really an issue. Just to say the swimming pool at nearby hotel is lovely salt water but too... More

This three room hotel is part of a restaurant, bar and art gallery complex. The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. The room was spectacular too. The hotel was tricky to find. Pre-arrange for them to pick you up from the airport and your trip will start off that much easier. Also, they'll be happy to book driver and tour... More

Thank you very much for staying with us and the stellar review. Getting to the hotel does not have to be an issue as airport pickup is complimentary on all direct bookings for at least a two night stay, and a minimal $10 charge if not included in your booking. Highly recommend for us to meet you as there are... More

We stayed 5 nights here in Feb 2015 in the Bamboo suite on the top floor with its own rooftop terrace. The room is spacious and tasteful but could use a bit of an update. The shower was Luke warm at best and the pressure wasn't great but it wasn't as bad as some of the showers we've experienced in... More

Thank you for your review and we very much appreciate your feedback. The water pressure is usually fine so I am sorry to hear that it was not as good as you expected and I will have a look at that since it should work well. The hot water pressure is less than the cold water pressure so that may... More

We staying at Be Angkor for three nights in the Sepia suite. This is a very small boutique hotel with just three suites, so you very much have the place to yourself and the staff are very attentive and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, though did suffer a little from noise from the lane outside, but this... More

We had high expectations after hearing about the sister hotel in Bangkok, but we're quite disappointed. While the location and the staff are all fantastic, the room we stayed in was in need of a sprucing up and had a tired look to it. The biggest problem is the noise at night. The room we were in overlooks the front... More

Thank you for your review and your feedback. I am very sorry that you were impacted by the noise from the neighboring bars. As you pointed out we have made efforts to insulate the room from outside noise as best we can. We have been in this location almost eight years now and have been able to have the best... More

A little gem in the heart of Siem Reap town, close to pub street and easily accessible to the temples for a day trip. The hotel staff are thoughtful and accommodating and pay attention to the small details. Rooms are well furnished, with lovely, modern furniture and considered layout. Would recommend.
