The room was tired and not clean. The balcony was dirty with an unclean ash tray. The plants (2) on the balcony were diseased and probably summed up the hotel. The location is right beside pub street with access through a bar/restaurant. If that is what you want the great but be prepared for loud music with inadequate service. The... More

Hotel staff picked me up at the airport. Was accommodated in a room with roof top garden. The location was superb. I got to go down and cross the street to purchase in the marketplace my fruits for breakfast . Staff members were attentive . The reception area had some contemporary art pieces . Had fresh lotus flowers in my... More

I had the pleasure to stay here for several days during the rainy season. From the first moment from when I was collected from the airport, through the resolution of a minor issue to arranging trips and helping with a small medical matter the staff could not have done more. The hotel itself is in the centre of the nightlife... More

After staying in standard hotel rooms for the first half of our Asia trip, we were truly happy to get to a wide open room at the Hotel Be Angkor. It felt more like a mini apartment without a kitchen. The rooms are above a restaurant, so don't be surprised when they take you through the restaurant and up a... More

Thank you for the nice review! We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. You will be happy to know that we have finished the renovation of the lobby and what was a tiny lobby bar is not triple the size and a sleek, elegant and comfortable space. Through the renovation we had issues with the internet. I stayed two... More

I really wanted to like this place. It came highly recommended by a friend and I decided to splurge outside of my budget a bit because she raved about it so much. I paid in advance to receive a special for a suite, making it the same price as the regular rooms. First off, the owner refunded me one night... More

I appreciate your review Leah, and that our compensation offer somewhat made up for the disappointing stay. When things start off wrong, like a power outage, it certainly makes a bad impression. And in this case it seemed to be whatever could go wrong, did go wrong. As for the hotel not having a generator, power outages happen a couple... More

I've been to Siem Reap three separate times and lived in SE Asia for almost 2 years and this was by far the best & most unique stays I've had. This hotel had all the special touches I would expect in a Western hotel but also all the ones I would expect in an Asian one. ALL the staff were... More

This is a 3-room boutique hotel right in the middle of all the action. Right next to the pub street, surrounded by restaurants and cafes you can just walk everywhere. The owner and staff are very friendly, give great suggestions for dining and sightseeing and help with any question you may have. The rooms are very spacious. Ours had a... More

Really good spot- so central in the heart of the markets and bars. We had bamboo room with private terrace which was lovely. Some problems with electricity fuses tripping meant we showered in the dark before our 5am temple visit but not really an issue. Just to say the swimming pool at nearby hotel is lovely salt water but too... More

This three room hotel is part of a restaurant, bar and art gallery complex. The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. The room was spectacular too. The hotel was tricky to find. Pre-arrange for them to pick you up from the airport and your trip will start off that much easier. Also, they'll be happy to book driver and tour... More

Thank you very much for staying with us and the stellar review. Getting to the hotel does not have to be an issue as airport pickup is complimentary on all direct bookings for at least a two night stay, and a minimal $10 charge if not included in your booking. We stayed 5 nights here in Feb 2015 in the Bamboo suite on the top floor with its own rooftop terrace. The room is spacious and tasteful but could use a bit of an update. Thank you for your review and we very much appreciate your feedback. The water pressure is usually fine so I am sorry to hear that it was not as good as you expected and I will have a look at that since it should work well. The hot water pressure is less than the cold water pressure so that may... More
