We stayed here for 2 nights as a base to explore Siem Reap. We were bowled over at how friendly and accommodating the staff were in this hotel, to the point that 6 members of staff were waiving us off when we used a taxi. We were upgraded to a massive colonial room, Very nice swimming pool which although had... More

A lovely hotel, and like others, we were upgraded to a colonial room (perhaps because of low occupancy). Large foyer but we were there at the hottest time of year and the air con there was inadequate (but fine in the rooms), Our main issue was on our final day when we had to check out by 12.00 and our... This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was by far a 5 star experience. From the moment we set foot on this property we were treated like royalty. This gem was clean, comfortable (especially considering it was 100 degrees outside and 100% humidity), and extremely accommodating. The pool and spa are both amazing as well as the complimentary breakfast! Well the... More

I can't say enough about the warm and welcoming staff here at the Four Points Sheraton in Sydney. Trae at the reception took great care of me, getting me an early check in and harbor view, and Augus at the front desk went above and beyond when I needed some business services handled! Everyone was super nice and really first... More

Booked as part of a package from Elegant Travel & Tours. On arrival we were upgraded to a Colonial room and we were able to check in to the room early. The bedroom and bathroom were very well appointed and clean & comfortable. From the moment we arrived the service was charming and attentive throughout. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive,... The very friendly staff and beautiful decor make this a perfect stay in Siem Reap. Although it is on the outskirts you can easily get a tuktuk (they wait outside the hotel) into the centre of Siem Reap, which is a must do. We had an upgrade to a Colonial Suite which was spacious, clean and very comfortable with traditional... More

This is a great hotel with friendly staff and good service. Our room was huge with a great bathroom including bath and separate shower. Breakfast was very varied and pretty good The hotel is about 6km from the town but a tuktuk only cost around $3 each way (settle the price before riding!) We had a room at the rear... More

This was a beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The room was magnificent with a four poster bed and the bathroom had a separate shower and bath. The pool area was incredibly quiet though the lobby was busy most of the time, due to pick ups for trips and the airport which is only 7km away. Breakfast was... More
