We spent 5 nights in early August at the Pacific Hotel & Spa and enjoyed every minute of it. Our accommodation was upgraded to a suite on arrival and the staff were friendly and could not do enough for us – not only did they help with booking tours to Ankor Wat and surrounds with an exclusive driver but also... I stayed here for 5 nights, although this hotel is located outside of the town don't let it put you off. i had an amazing stay here, the staff are so helpful even organised out bus tickets to Phnom Penh for us. We stayed here in late-July, low season. They made us feel like royalty! Personalized greeting, drinks, and service upon arrival. Arranged all of our tours with fabulous guides (including I think Throm? who was our Siem Reap guide), car service, etc. We loved the beautiful pool we had practically to ourselves, and the 40% off spa services ($20 1-hour massage... Pacific Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice, if you decide to visit the Angkor Wat temples area and around of Siem Reap. Very modern facilities and in traditional Cambodian style. The Hotel is probably the furthest luxury hotel away from the main Siem Reap town, but a 10 minute $3 TukTuk will get you there quickly and add to... More

My wife and I spent two glorious nights at the hotel. When we checked in, our room was upgraded for no particular reason. The managers took time to learn our names immediately. Every time we returned from an excursion the duty managers always greeted us by name and pleasantly inquired about what we had seen or done. I am not... More

It was nice, not really too much to report. It's quite flashy if you like that sort of thing and the live band kicks off at about 5pm so be aware if you don't fancy kareoke (sp) style entertainment it may not be for you. We only stayed here one night for our early flight the next morning.
