We were thankful that the tour company we took Vietnam Royal Tourism booked us at this hotel. We came from a tour of Vietnam and flew after here in Siem Reap to see Angkor Wat and the sights and sounds that Cambodia can offer. I was highly impressed by their staff, amazingly friendly, courteous, polite and professional. From the express... More

We stayed at Pacific Hotel & Spa for 5 nights and we're lucky enough to be there for the Christmas Eve party. Fantastic personalised service from the staff and a big thank you to Sinat for her hospitality. Rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast is great, the Wifi works well and the pool is awesome. The spa treatments were... More

The service, although very friendly is poor. If you just want to sleep it could be fine if you are lucky enough to not stay there on a crazy karaoke night. Do not expect quality food or answer to aging room problems. If you look for western standard or some taste and value for money (with better location) choose one... More

The hotel is on the National street bringing towards the airport. The hotel is maybe a bit outside of the city center that can anyway be reached in fw minutes with one of the tukt-tuks at the entrance. The personnel of the Hotel is really kind and nice. They took care opf booking a tour guide to Angkor Wat for... More

What a wonderful place to stay. We were only there for a couple of nights but wish it could have been longer. On arrival we were told that we had an upgrade room to the colonial room over looking the pool; it was fantastic. The staff could not have been more helpful and the food was fantastic with lots of... It was only 50 USD per night including buffet breakfast which is pretty good. Staff are friendly. However, the Gym seemed no people using it, so things in there are nearly out of order. Also, the light of the bathroom is not enough. The design of how they put their shower curtain is poor which would always spill water on... More

In fifty years of serious traveling, to all parts of the world, it has come to my attention that the main difference between hotels, comes down to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The Pacific Hotel does not disappoint. The General Manager, Mr. Sivuthy Saing, has developed a customer service team that is the equal of any luxury hotel.... More

Stay 4 days at this complex, nice pool and garden, everything is well taken care of. You can take Cheung the hoteldriver to bring you to Ankor Wat en Tonle sap lake, very convenient as it can be very hot! Doris & Sinat will take very good care of your needs indeed. After the noisy Pub street its very nice... More

We had an amazing time here. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The tours they setup for us were awesome. The tuk tuk ride into town was not bad at all and our treatments at the spa were amazing. A great stay and highly recommended!
