Really friendly staff and guests. Smiley greeted us straight away and gave us lots of advice on getting about and things to do. Right on the river so lovely views. Laid back escape from Pub Street and markets (about 5 mins in the tuk tuk $2). The place itself has a nice cheap little bar with lots of British food... More

The room was quite tiny, but clean and of good value for the price. We really loved the common areas at the ground and first floor as well. Despite not being included, the breakfast is very good (as the food in general). The staff is very friendly and helpful and you can hire bikes (e.g. to visit Angkor Wat). The... More

We didn't stay at Rosy's guesthouse but stumbled across it whilst looking for a restaurant and ended up staying to eat there as the hosts were so accommodating the minute we came in even though it was very busy with a charitable pub quiz. We came back to have breakfast another morning and the host remembered us and stayed to... More

My brother and I had a lovely stay at Rosy Guest House. Very helpful and knowledgable owners from the UK. They are also very friendly. The place is clean with very good food (western and Khmer), and so nice to be among the river. Close enough to pub street and night market area to walk with out being too close... More

We had a small room and a shared bathroom, which were both okay. The owners as well as the staff were nice, open, very friendly and helpful. Moreover they informed us what is worth a visit, wich tours they recommend and answered further questions competently. When we said that there was no light in the bathroom and the toilet was... More

Stumbled across this place on hostelworld. And I'm glad I did, friendly workers, great rooms, good food, not to big not to small. Just right. Very much enjoyed my stay here. If I'm ever back in Siem Reap I will be sure to stay at Rosys once again.

We stayed there for 5 nights and we always felt like we were coming home. The staff is so nice, the rooms are fantastic, we had a closet! Very clean as well! Plus they help out with charities, so that's a very good plus too. And last but not least, the burgers at the restaurant are amazing!!

We were disappointed with the place. Our room was constantly infested with mosquitos every time we came in. The rooms could have been cleaner. The bed sheets had stains on them and when we moved the bed slightly to hang up a mosquito net, the floor underneath the bed looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned. The DVD range was... More

Run by delightful couple Simon and Rachel (with a great support cast of guntheia, smiley and others), this is easily the best place to stay on a budget in Siem Reap. With fabulous western food (which makes a nice change from rice and noodle dishes while travelling!), friendly service and clean rooms - not to mention cheap cold beer and... More
