I stayed here for 5 nights. I feel this place is a home away from home mainly due to friendliness of its staff. Da, thanks for your big smile, all the history lesson and setting me up with the Angkor Wat marathon. Mr. Mao the manager hook me up with the best Malay speaking tuktuk driver Salim for 4 days... more

This hotel was a real bargain - just 7 USD a night for a single room with fan, ensuite, bottled water in the room, breakfast and pick-up on arrival. They also arrange free transport to/from the market (which is only a 5 min walk away). The staff were all really friendly and helpful. They also arranged a tuk-tuk for me... more

The people of the guesthouse are very friendly and try their very best to accommodate your every need. You'll always be greeted with a smile and "How are you?", and they would actually wait and listen to your reply. They have concerns for you as a friend and are well-knowledge about their own country whether its about sight-seeing tours or... more

10 minutes walking distance to Noon & Night Market, where you could get stuff for a cheaper price than the old market, if you know how to do bargain. Easy to get food around as there are restaurants selling Cambodia food, Western food, India food as well as Asian food at Night Market. Reasonable price at US$2.50 – 4.00 for... more

It is hard to say goodbye to Siem Reap. We spent only 4 days there, however, it is the most happy time during my 12-day trip from Sep 26 to Oct 7th, 2009. I missed the days I spent in Palm Garden Lodge and the friends there, A Bao, Sophea, Da, the driver Sikong. They are so nice, friendly and... more

Booked this guesthouse based on the review abt. The room is clean and small but there is smell coming out of the toilet. Hotel full of mosquitoes but the staff are kind to help to spray the repellent on your leg. Short walk to the noisy pub street. Not really. This guesthouse is located quite far from the Pub street... more
