Great little boutique hotel with character. It is well maintained and spotlessly clean.Wonderful to come home to after a day of site seeing in Angkor Wat. We stayed in a junior suite, lovely character spacious room. The bed comfort is as good as any that I have experienced in the many hotels that I have stayed in throughout the world.... More

Having enjoyed our stay last year we returned for another 7 days in February 2015. We experienced the same warm welcome we had in 2014. The staff really do try to make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. Again, having booked direct with the hotel, we were entitled to a free tuk tuk for the length of our... More

We picked the hotel based on comments posted on Trip Advisor, and we weren't disappointed! This boutique hotel offers a beautiful setting (not in city centre but on road to many of the temples), spacious rooms (with a huge walk-in shower!) and terrific staff that made our vacation in Siem Reap everything we hoped it would be. Our tuk tuk... More

We stayed at the Pavilion d'Orient for three nights in January, and the stay was exceptional with a number of unexpected amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and eager to help out. The hotel is a ways out from central Siem Reap—in our experience, that was a positive, given the rowdy nature of the city center. Despite being off of... More

This hotel is fairly close to the Siem Reap airport. We were picked up promptly and brought here. The staff were very friendly. They arranged to travel to all the sites around town and nearby places with ancient ruins. The food was very good. In fact there were also restaurants nearby that one could take a tuktuk to. The whole... More

From the very beginning when I made a booking via the hotel web till the last moment when the driver brought us the airport we felt at ease, welcome and pleased. The service is beyond expectation. Every request was attended immediately and efficiently with a hospitable smile. The hotel is nicely decorated and has many interesting things for sale. The... More

This hotel was all we could have asked for. It was perfect for the first time visitor. Your room rate included an airport pick up and drop off along with a tuk tuk driver for the duration of your stay. The driver was at your disposal from 0500 hrs. to 2200 hrs. This made seeing all of the Angkor Wat... More

We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at the hotel. Very relaxing, does not feel crowded even during Chinese NY, tuk-tuk service is great. Breakfast is excellent and service is very good. Kids had fun in the 2 pools. My only recommendation is to make sure used towels around the pool are cleaned before 7:30am. Waking up... More

It is rare that a place lives up to all your expectations but his hotel does. We stayed 6 nights and had them arrange 3 days of tours with guide of the temples. Staff is very friendly and go beyond to help you. Fresh fruit and water every morning. Cleanest pool we had during our 4 weeks of travelling. Food... More

Good location, brilliant staff, spacious rooms, freezing pool (or so it seemed to us), charming architecture and the bill was very reasonable too. You'll probably find larger and more luxurious hotels in Siem Reap, but this place won't be beaten on friendliness. After all, Siem Reap isn't about relaxing all day in your hotel. This is a genuine example of... More
