An unprepossessing entrance, but once inside - paradise! This was one of the best hotels we stayed in in South-east Asia. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room magnificient and the lush, tropical gardens well-cared for. The two pools were a big plus and very appreciable after a long, hot day visiting the temples. We liked the concept of... More

Rooms are clean and well maintained. No hidden charges. Complimentary Tuk Tuk service but stops quite early at 10 pm. The best features were the incredibly friendly and helpful staff and the included tuk tuk driver, as others have mentioned. While a little outside the heart of the city, the convenience of a dedicated driver far outweighed any inconvenience this... More

We informed the hotel that it was our honeymoon in Cambodia so they surprised us with rose pedals on bed and a bottle of red wine. What a lovely surprise! Front desk staff: The check-in process was easy and informative. They gave us a run down on what to do, where to go, what to look out for. Basically everything... More

At the upper end of Siem Reap's mid range pricing, but comfortably the best place I've stayed in 3 visits to the town. It works out as decent value once you factor in free airport transfers, free tuk-tuk etc, and this is worth bearing in mind if you're stretching your budget to stay here. The reception staff arranged an excellent... More

Pavillion D'Orient is simply a beautiful sophisticated cultural oasis in Siem Reap. The rooms are huge and they have two pools which are essential after a hot day visiting the temples. They have a restaurant on premises that serves excellent Cambodian dishes. One of the best Services for me was that my booking included a tuk tuk driver during my... More

The roadway approach to this hotel is not very promising as there isn't much for the tourist around it which when you look closely is built around a vehicle workshop, not that it impacts in any way on the excellent stay. The reception area and more importantly the reception staff are excellent. Our room was a very good size, well... More

We were really sad to leave Siem Reap and one of the main reasons was this hotel. It's hard to think of anything new to say as everything has been said before. The hotel is stunning to look at. The room was beautiful and the infinity pool one of the best we have had at any hotel. The staff are... More

While choosing a place to stay in Siem Reap, we obviously looked at recommendations from TA and then shortlisted a few hotels. We chose Pavillon D'Orient because the hotel offered excellent value along with the high marks from other members of TA. From our experience, we really liked the hotel. Right from the time of reservation, Sebastien (the manager) was... More

There is one reason this hotel has such stunning reviews. They really deserve them. There is nothing I can add to what everyone else has said except. I agree it's a fantastic hotel, lovely surroundings wonderful staff and just a great experience.

We stayed at this hotel on the first leg of our tour of Cambodia for 4 nights. We found the hotel to be lovely with great friendly and helpful staff, good standard of room and within easy access to the centre of Siem Reap by Tuk Tuk. The Hotel is designed very well within the space that it has with... More
