We have just returned from our third visit to Siem Reap and our third stay at this hotel. This time we were joined by our two married daughters and our brother and sister-in-law from the USA. We find this a "home away from home" and would never think of staying anywhere else. The rooms are large and beautifully maintained by... More

The Soria Moria is a middle-echelon hotel with a heart: Its Norwegian owners got it up and running, then turned over 51% to its employees so that each one has a stake in its success and profits. It seemed de rigueur, therefore, to make allowances for the sometimes slow (but always sweet and smiling) service or the occasional roach in... More

We spent 5 nights at the Soria Moria. Our rooms were much larger than usual for this class hotel. Nice hardwood furniture in room The included breakfast varied every day. Omelette station and nice fruit section was always available. Only one egg cooked at a time. Be patient if you arrive after a group. Hotel is .5k. from the main... More

The Soria Moria is in an excellent location, walking distance to shopping and Pub Street but quiet and lovely place. The rooms are very spacious, extremely clean, and well appointed. Rooftop bar provides good drinks and lovely sunsets. Breakfast, included in the price, is excellent. Lots of special pricing on other meals which were equally wonderful. Excellent Americana coffee is... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in December 2014. Pros: 1) Large clean rooms and bathrooms. 2) Location : an easy 5-10 minutes walk to the Night Market and Pub street. So its near to the party areas but far from any noise 3) Staff : quick to greet with a smile and mostly helpful. 4) A nice rooftop bar... More

We loved this place. The staff were beautiful and couldn't do enough to be helpful. The rooms were large and the beds were on the harder side - just the way I like them. Room was clean & 2 bottles of complementary water a day was great. Breakfast was a buffet of a different variety of foods. Western, Asian and... More

They serve real Cambodian coffee at breakfast, its a must, it tastes chocolate like, grab it before starbucks and their likes ruin Cambodia. This hotel actually respects its wishes to be ethical i.e. they don't change the linen every five minutes unless you request them to. Stayed for four nights over new years eve, only one power cut but their... More

First up, the service was excellent. We had a small issue with the bathroom, and after a short talk with the front desk, the handyman made a quick visit and solved the problem. The staff seem fully invested in the success of the property, and we benefited from the excellent service. The location was excellent, we were about 5-10 minutes... More

Lovely hotel in a very good location. The room was very clean, well equipped and large enough for three. The staff were very friendly and helpful (they taught us a little Cambodian). The hotel provided a TUC TUC driver called Vera(?) for the Angkor Wat tour and he was excellent and really looked after us - we used him all... More
