The Gran Hotel looks very grand from the outside, and the reception people are very friendly. However, there were several disappointments during our stay. The service people say they will do things and then don't - they said they would replace my broken refrigerator four times, but never showed up. There were consistently ants crawling over the food at breakfast.... more
