Staff excellent, rooms tired and humid, aircondition noisy, only one restaurant !!! for a 5 star hotel, at 5.00 a.m. on Sundays staff start moving tables and chairs around very noisely for free for all lunch time sessions. Hotel needs an uplift, looks tired. more

Though I was only here for about 6 hours in total, Los Tajibos was very nice. We were upgraded to enormous suites. The beds were extremely comfortable, great cable tv with lots of channels, very nice service, and an excellent full buffet breakfast. I'd recommend this hotel when in Santa Cruz. more

This is a Hotel that I recommend indeed. The staff was incredibly well trained and attentive. This kind of superior service is not common in Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela at all. The food was great and everything was very clean. Last, but not least, the prices was really good. more
