This failed every expectation we had. We by no means need hotels to be "fancy." We stay at small motels just as happily as 5-stars. But this is not a hotel. This place was a glorified hostel. We had CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS for 2 rooms with private baths, and when we arrived at 7:30 pm, they had sold our rooms and... More

We spent three nights in a double room with a private bathroom and a fully functioning airconditioning as well as a fridge. We payed around 85USD which included breakfast as well, we thought that was very reasonable. Best thing about the hotel is definitely the location, we were in walking distance from the main attractios, the outdoor and indoor markets... More

After spending a very boring night in a plain, dirty hostel by Santa cruz's bus terminal, I went searching online and so happy I found this place. The location is excellent, right by the centre of the city, the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful - my Spanish is also terrible and they could speak goo dish English. Breakfast... More

St cruz has a lot of expensive hotels we found! So we were very pleased with a double for 150 bob. It has a fresh look, white walls white linnen flowers it all made for a pleasent atmosphere. We had no reservation but there was room, next to plaza, wifi in lobby. Breakfast incluided, and was not so bad as... More

Pros: Good simple breakfast, open 24hours, quiet at night, very central location, pleasant shower, quite safe. Cons: Not too clean, room smelt of smoke, the staff don't speak English. Information: It's about 60-70 bolivianos in a taxi to/from VVI Airport, and 20 bolivianos to/from SRZ Trompillo Airport.

We booked this place for one night after a less than impressive stay at Residencial Bolivar a few yards along the street. Nice, helpful staff and a VERY spacious room with 1 double and 2 single beds. Decent shower, one of the only electric showers in Bolivia that actually delivers a reasonable quantity of hot water. The breakfast was uninspiring... More

We booked this place based on the good reviews on hostel bookers, luckily we only stayed for one night. The hostel itself is decent but our room had a very strong mildew and mould odour and the room could have been cleaner. We could see the mould in the corner of the walls, not pleasant. There wasn't much privacy, the... More

The pros of this hotel are great location, clean, big rooms, good showers and being housed in a lovely colonial building. It is nearly next door to the main plaza so there are lots of options to eat out, money changers, malls, pharmacies, shops etc. The Wifi is free and is available only at the reception area. The only con would... More

We arrived late after making a booking online on booking.com Once we arrived they said that bookings after 16.00 were not accepted and that they had given our room away. That was it. No help furthermore. They were rude and even when we asked for some help to find a different hotel they only came up with a very expensive... More
