We stayed here for 3 nights to relax in Copacabana which is a lovely town. The hotel is on a hill overlooking the lake. We were lucky to get the corner room on the top floor which had amazing views of Lake Titicaca. Our room was massive and very comfortable with ensuite bathroom and even a hairdryer which is rare!... The hotel is simple and a bit comfortable. There are water and coca tea in the hall. Starting from the improvement points: the room heating is warm, but not warm enough to keep far far away Copacabana's cold. Wifi is ok but the sign is not very strong. Even though it is located in a steep ascend, everything in the... More

It's an old hotel, but a clean place. The welcome is warm, but just take care about the amount the boss wants to charge you. The employees keep always smiling... Close to the hotel, there's the Cupula where you can have a good dinner with a charming view of titicaca lake... The Utama breakfast is very good and very complete...... More

A nice hotel in Copacabana. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also very good. The rooms are comfortable, but nothing spectacular. There is a common area with free tea and some fruits. They also have a luggage storage where you leave your backpacks if you're going to the Sun Island.

We only stayed here because we wee travelling with family and needed to book ahead. In hindsight it would be better to walk around and find somewhere. We paid 210 bob for a ensuite, room with breakfast in late May but for 60-100 you can get similar in town. The rooms are cold - very cold. We've been in the... More

I got very sick at this hotel! I reserved because it said there was heating. Lie!! The heating stays on only from 7pm to 10 pm and it does not heat at all!! It was freezing for the whole night!! We could not sleep and shower. We were supposed to stay 2 nights there. We stayed only one! So, if... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. The room was clean and large. The bed was very comfy and really warm! Hot hot shower too. The best part was the breakfast, best breakfast we have had in South America so far - we had scrambled eggs, pancake, cornflakes, peach, yoghurt and bread! Crazy amount of food but very... More

A very nice hotel with nice rooms and great staff. The breakfast was the best we had in this price range for the last 4 months in south America. The also have free bananas, cocoa tea all day. Showers are warm and nice. Pillows a little to high for some mabe. Heating in the rooms between 6 pm and 10... More

My friend and I stayed here for only two nights in order to incorporate a one day tour to Isla del Sol. We wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing as we had come from a week in La Paz. This place was absolutely amazing for this. We managed to get a private room with two nice beds and an ensuite (although... More

I think that for over 200 bs. per night for a single...this place it is overpriced..the quality of sleep is bad...it is very noisy, even if you want to sleep in, there´s no chance with guests going to the sun island early in the morning... breakfast is good.. but I would rather stay somewhere else, sleep well, pay less and...
