Just spent four days at the Novotel in Cotonou and I can't complain. Agree with other travelers - very generic hotel. But rates were better than the Benin Marina (aka the old Sheraton). And the staff and (very) small lobby are much more friendly. Typical Novotel chain hotel with similar feature that you get in other Novotels througout Africa.
