So, I've been in this hotel only only night. But it was perfect experience! Personnel is trained like in the best world hotels. Maybe even better. The place is situated in the quiet and very green location in Brest, not far from local football stadium. Rooms are clean, spacious. Breakfast is served from early morning, means that business traveler will... More

This is a charming hotel very well maintained and with all necessary amenities including a gym in the center of the city. It is walking distance from all sights, behind Lenin square and monument, in a quiet neighborhood. The restaurant is excellent, with gourmet cooking made by a Russian chef as we were told. We highly recommend the aubergine rolls,... More

This hotel in a Western European city would be beautiful but it's a 4* in its current guise. It probably needs some updating and refurbishment. The service is good with mostly very helpful staff. We had a lovely massage which costs only €15! The restaurant is pleasant enough with a decent menu. The gym is awful - virtually none of... More

Generally nice hotel and nice rooms. But since my first visit the hotel 2 years ago - its became a hostel .Noise level is too loud, because of condition system in the hotel and people walking all night along. If you want to relax after the hard business day- the hotel is definitely NOT what you looking for.

Nice hotel that is not too far a walk from the train station. We didn't have a reservation on arrival however there was an extremely helpful and friendly girl in the reception who got us checked in for the night. She then helped us with directions to different places of interest and also with purchasing train tickets for our onward... More

I moved from the Inturist into the Hermitage and it was more than worth it! Perfec rooms, best service and fine Belarus kitchen. WiFi is workin (not standard in Belarus!) The place is in the midle of the city, only few minutes from the city centre away. Absolutely recommendable!

This hotel is really very nice. Lobby is done nicely and rooms are also nice. There is a really nice terrace where you can order food and sit out. In the evening the places is a mecca for all the rich people there who come and have drinks or eat in the outdoor patio. Breakfast is a buffet and is... More

Everything was very good in this hotel. In adition there was an exhibition of contemporary paintings in the small hall right next to the reception desk. The only negative was the taxi to the railway station (5 minutes by car) - it was overpriced: 80 000 BYR !

Location is perfect, but check how to get there (or use GPS) if you arrive by car. It is some sort of restricted area and you have to take a small circle around the blocks. From outside it is not so fascinating, but the interior is really nice. Staff is great, bar is great, and the hotel restaurant is quite... More
