The clerk tried to charge us with double the reserved rate after we arrived. Seven months after it was booked. SHE did not want to even discuss the situation until we called the choice hotels hotline that the rooms were booked though, and then was faxed to the motel's front desk with an implied threat from the corporate headcourters. The exterior of the hotel is beaten and bruised. I'm not sure how old the facility is, but the outside shows age and neglect. The inside was acceptable, and our room was clean, neat and spacious and included a fridge and microwave.
