We stayed here two nights to visit a nearby Mountain Bike Park. I made sure that this hotel accepts dogs, as per their website. However, I also reserved online and nowhere did it ask about a dog. Upon arrival, our room was slated to be on the main level but front desk dude told me that, with the dog, we... more

We were in the wrong hotel and the front desk didn't tell us that we were in the wrong hotel after looking at our email confirmation. We ended up getting charge twice for our stay, one for the hotel we stayed and one for the hotel we originally booked. Choice hotels couldn’t resolve the problem because they are not in... more

We needed two rooms, one for my wife and I and another for my teenage son and two friends. We were planning on hiking in the Presidential Range and needed a place to stay. Unfortunately the weekend we planned on was THE leaf peaping weekend of Oct 10 - Oct 12. I looked at many different places to stay but... more

The hotel just switched today to become a Comfort Inn. Our room was very clean with good decor and a very comfortable king bed. Also had a small fridge with a microwave. The staff were all very nice and helpful whenever we asked for something during out 4 day stay. There is also a convenient Internet workstation in the lobby... more

I read the previous reviews and was a little nervous about booking our stay. Obviously anyone with a bad review did not stay at the same place and mixed up Hotels. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything. The entire Hotel was very clean and well taken care of inside and out. The Continental Breakfast was... more

The clerk tried to charge us with double the reserved rate after we arrived. Seven months after it was booked. SHE did not want to even discuss the situation until we called the choice hotels hotline that the rooms were booked though, and then was faxed to the motel's front desk with an implied threat from the corporate headcourters. Onlly... more

I had a reservation for this hotel that was guaranteed for late arrival. When I arrived at 6PM the clerk told me that they tried to get an authorization on my credit card at 4PM but it was declined. They tried to call me at home (which was hundreds of miles away, don't you think I might have been traveling... more

The exterior of the hotel is beaten and bruised. I'm not sure how old the facility is, but the outside shows age and neglect. The inside was acceptable, and our room was clean, neat and spacious and included a fridge and microwave. There was a computer terminal in the lobby for checking email, etc, and supposedly free wireless too -... more
