I had booked this (non refundable) on Hotels.com. I arrived at the house and to be honest it is not exactly like it appears in the pictures. That said, I say that I did not have cellular phone service in the vicinity of the Inn. I went around the block etc and could not get service. There was no one... More

The “Did Not Stay But Was Treated Rudely” review was written because a last minute cancellation, and related demands for a full refund, were firmly but politely declined. The author threatened to post a negative review on the web unless innkeepers succumbed to his threats. The review has been posted. What really happened? The reviewer changed his plans the evening... Guests traveling with their four-footed canine pals keep telling us that the Glynn House is unique. The reviews author makes the point again - “it is the best accommodation our dogs have ever experienced away from home.” We’re thrilled! We know that millions of dog owners do not want to leave their animals at home. New Hampshire’s White Mountains and... More

We will definitely visit the Glynn House again! It is a charming B&B, comfortable, and in a great central location to the Lakes Region. Breakfast was superb. We felt relaxed and welcome despite our short stay. Glenn was very knowledgeable about the area and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

New Hampshire’s Lakes Region is absolutely spectacular. The Glynn House Inn is perfectly positioned for visitors who want to experience tranquil country lanes, professional theatre, exceptional outdoor recreation choices and wonderful food. Speaking of food, the reviewer, like so many other guests, raved about the Inn’s multi-course, gourmet breakfasts. We’re delighted. The Inn is also a great place to relax,... More

We spent five nights at the Glynn House Inn to attend a nearby conference. We traveled with a small baby and a four year old and were certainly not the most uncomplicated guests to have. And yet, the Glynn House Inn made us feel welcome in every way, from the very first moment we arrived when Glenn came to the... More

Guests like the reviewer Anne take advantage of our local knowledge. We’ve spent close to 10 years in New Hampshire and have absorbed lots of useful information during the intervening years. We know the restaurants that consistently deliver excellent food and service. We’ve hiked dozens of trails from easy to difficult. We’ve visited a substantial number of craft cooperatives, antique... Glynn and Pam were excellent hosts on our first trip to the Inn. They went above and beyond by even helping us plan out the must see spots of our trip. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable and Pam even had coffee and tea fixings ready for us every morning right outside our door. I would... More

We’re delighted the reviewer appreciated the reviewer appreciated our historic Inn. The building was constructed in 1895. Visitors appreciate the natural wood, antique radiators and curved glass windows. Starting the day with coffee and hot water for day - all virtually outside guest room doors - is the normal routine at the Inn. Our multi-course, gourmet breakfasts continue to receive... More

Stayed in the Coolidge room, high queen bed. Spent much of our time on the road, but there were always snacks waiting upon our return... pretzels, nuts, brownies, sherry. The Laconia Motorcycle Festival attracts between 450,000 and 550,000 enthusiasts each June. The Glynn House Inn is situated 20 minutes from Weirs Beach - often described as the center of the action.
