We did not stay at the hotel however we did spend the day swimming in the pools. The water was fantastic...crystal clear, very warm and not crowded. The kids really enjoyed the slide. The view around was beautiful. One of the best day trips we did all summer and a great way to end the summer. From what little we... more

The hot springs water at this hotel is wonderful, but the place is in desperate need of an upgrade. I am so bossy that I actually tortured the manager by giving him all my ideas (sorry, guy). The setting is just beautiful and this could be a destination resort, but not looking as tired as it does now. It's a... more

Spent 2 nights at this Hotel with a neutral opinion on this establishment. The room was clean and quiet and somewhat dated. The staff all seemed helpful and friendly. For the price we paid (roughly $139) we felt the value was adequate. The 24 hour pool access for guests cannot be beat. The views from the room that we had... more

My family and I went to the hot springs thinking it would be a perfect getaway. Boy were we suprised....not only were the rooms gross I refused to give my kids baths in there because they were so dirty and mold was actually growing on them!!! And even more sad not only were they gorss but we were in suites...We... more

It was just alright. Being a local, we thought that we needed to cross this off of our list of places to go. I wouldn't go back. The customer service at the front desk is just okay. Untrained staff, not very friendly, and short staffed at times. We got a package and it was not ready. I had to remind... more

The decor of the hotel looks like it hasn't changed since it opened. Food was mediocre. I had a fabulous massage at the spa! This is a great place for families with children. Take the time to drive to Philipsburg and go to the fabulous candy store, The Sweet Palace. Fun shopping and a great coffee shop. more

I recently stayed at this location, in part because I was attending a conference held at the resort, and my daughter had also visited with a friend and loved it. Check-in was quick, of course we arrived at 11pm. They were reluctant to let me pay with my debit card, but eventually the manager authorized the transaction. Our room was... more

We were just going to stay in a Best Western in Butte, but the 2 story pool slide, and 90 degree hot springs water, compelled us to stay here. I'm so glad we did! My kids, 12 and 9, loved it. To them this spot was second only to the Alpine Slide in Jackson, WY, and far better than viewing... more

The pools at this hotel are terrific - huge, and I mean, HUGE indoor and outdoor pools and then smaller indoor and outdoor hot pools. Now, the pools were 91 and 94 degrees, respectively and the hot pools were 101 and 105. The place is super dated - if you think "that '70s show" is cool, then you'll think it's... more

After reading the last review I was skeptical about staying here. My husband and two kids and I had a GREAT time! Check in was very easy, the ladies were friendly and helpful, the lobby had new comfy couches and was clean. Our room was on the first floor with a sliding glass door that opened to the parking lot,... more
