My husband and I are both from Montana and we thought it would be a great time to go back to Fairmont for a visit. The renovations they've done are amazing! My kids had such a wonderful time and so did my husband and I. The service was awesome through the whole stay. In fact, we were having such a... more

It appears that the service staff have forgotten their main purpose....service. The evening dining was marginal. The "cute young thing" at the front desk could not even assist a clearly disabled person when the key did not work. One of my team members entered a room that was disgustingly dirty and the front desk would do nothing. This used to... more

I've driven by Fairmont Hot Springs many times and never realized how huge the resort is. Stayed there for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the Olympic-size hot pools (inside and out). Water slide make it a perfect destination for singles or families. There is an 18-hole golf course as well. Excellent restaurant on site. A great home-base from which to... more

My husband & I just came back from a fabulous week in Montana. We went with the intentions of visiting Yellowstone National Park. When I couldn't find a place closer to the park we tried the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. We got in immediately. This sent up some red flags for me, but, we went ahead anyway. Boy am I... more

I went with my wife for our 25th anniversary because we went here on our honeymoon. We looked forward to a couple of nights under the stars in the outdoor swimming pools (advertised to be open 24/7). But when we got there they informed us the outdoor pool was closed. They had our contact information but did not notify us.... more

This was the perfect way to wind up our 9-day driving tour of Jackson Hole and Yellowstone, heading back to Washington. The rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable. The pools were wonderfully relaxing. And the casual dining room offered delicious, reasonably priced meals. I had a Greek salad, which was huge, my husband had the trout, also a huge... more

On a trip in which we covered many miles in Wyoming and Montana, we made this our last-night's stay before flying out of Bozeman the next morning. I thought the hot-springs-fed pools would be a unique and relaxing finish to the trip. And I suppose they were, but it's still kind of a strange place. The hotel itself is nothing... more

The location here is great. The area is beautiful with lot's of outdoor activites. The resort has golf and a great pool area. Great for families. However--the hotel and restraunt leave much to be desired. The carpet in the room had a large red stain. The rooms are minimal-few amenities. We found the coffee shop to be slow. I asked... more

We spent three nights at Fairmont after an exhausting trip through the NPs. It was great to soak our tired muscles in the warm waters. We had a room in the Annex building (attached to but separate from the main building. The room was verge large and comfortable. It was also very clean. The entire place was very clean. Our... more
