Breakfast is served at 9 a.m., but for those of us who work this is impossible. The last B&B I stayed at offered two sittings (at 7:30 & 8:30) Wish these guys did the same. Otherwise a home built in 1902 but nicely maintained with beautiful antiques and comfortable sitting chairs. Comfotable bed, and the busy "main street" of downtown... More

The Hickory House Inn is a charming Victorian run by an equally charming trio (mother, father, daughter). The room was very large, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious (pancakes with the option of chokecherry topping - highly recommended), baked apples, crisp bacon, endless coffee. The guests are joined by the innkeepers at a single large dining... More

Have stayed here a few times and would do so again. Usually the trips are association with Golfing at the Old Works golf course which is only a short drive away. Another local past-time is pub crawling and as an old mining town there are plenty to sample. Hickory House is only a short, walk (crawl\stumble) from most. A reconverted... More

This property was as advertised...quaint and centrally located. The only complaint is that breakfast was at 8:30, no window of time or exception. Having to wake up and be dressed and ready to be social with other guests at 8:30 on a Sunday morning was not my idea of a relaxing vacation. I understand it's a small place so they... More

I stayed in Anaconda for several weeks due to work and I'm so happy I stayed at the Hickory House! The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious while being beautiful to boot. Also the house itself has open living rooms/dens that I lived in pretty much the whole time. When I did manage to wake up for breakfast it was... More

The restored parsonage shows much planning and attention to detail. There are many antiques and beautiful touches throughout. Marney has done her best to make it a lovely and homey place. Best of all, the owners are very sincere, kind, and wonderful folks whom we enjoyed visiting with over a yummy breakfast, and they also shared alot of information about... More

Awesome stay. Marny was very accommodating and made us feel like honored guests. The room was clean and very comfortable. We had to leave before breakfast is served and she even offered to make us breakfast early. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family the next time anyone is going to be in anaconda.

A very nice place to stay, comfortable and clean, great breakfast. Janet makes you feel at home. I don't have a lot of experience with B&Bs, but would definitely stay here again. Even though it is on a main street, it is very quiet. Wonderful little outdoor garden and sitting area. Would recommend Barclay II as a great place for... More

A great B&B in a historic building within easy walking distance of downtown Anaconda. It is easily the most attractive accommodation for tourist wishing to stay in Anaconda...a city that, unfortunately, has little to offer tourists (but could, given the city's rich history and numerous old, magnificent buildings). We stayed in the Pintler Room...better to be called a 'suite'...located on... More

We had a two room and bath suite. Comfortable king bed and huge sitting room and gigantic bath. The breakfasts were well prepared and tasty without being too frou-frou. The furnishings through out the house are beautiful. A couple notes of warning for travelers....no television in your room (not a problem for us but for some...) and the WiFi needs... More
