My fiance and I traveled to Arcadia in the spring of 2013. This review is coming a little late. The owners, Katerine and Darwin, were outstanding!! They made us feel so welcome and treated us as if we were apart of the family. They took us on a tour and showed us everything there was to see at the Academy.... More

The grounds are beautiful, the accomodations are great, the hosts are friendly and they have an ice cream shop on site. The food was fantastic and served fresh. We were given a tour on our time and the stories shared were memorable. Wonderful time!

This is a beautiful historic site that has been transformed into lovely rooms, complete with antiques to preserve the historical feel. Tours are available, along with an antique carriage ride. The food was excellent and staff and owners very friendly. Wonderful family atmosphere. Highly recommend.

my daughter had her rehearsal dinner and wedding at this wonderful land from back when...The property holds so many stories of days gone by but the owners Katherine and Darwin were outstanding! They catered to every aspect of my daughters dream of what a wedding should be like. The food was so delicious and all HOMEMADE. The welcome feeling and... More

We recently stayed for 2 nights and had my sister's wedding here. It could not have been a better experience! The staff and hosts were some of the most friendly and accommodating people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They made sure that our experience there, our stay, the food, and the wedding were perfect. I would recommend... More

Dont hesitate to stay at this fabulous establishment! They even catered to my gluten free dairy free dietary requirements. If you love a step back in time...but with modern conveniences. .you will love staying here as much as we did.

We stayed in the Hearth Room in the Priest House. The furnishings were plush and comfortable. The bed (most important) was excellent. My wife loved the huge claw-foot bath tub. I loved the huge shower head. When asked the night before, we said we preferred a breakfast where the emphasis was on veggies and 8am would be ideal. We got... More

We went here to attend the wedding of a friend's son. We have lived in Missouri all out lives, had passed this place many times on our way to going on canoe trips in the Ozarks, and had no idea it was there as a bed and breakfast. We always thought it was still a convent school. But, the school... More

We stayed two nights and room was beautiful and owners are delightful. I know I gained 10 pounds because of the wonderful meals. Love the history of Ardadia Academy and owners father took us on a tour and he knew so much information and history of the place. I wish family nothing but success.
