This is probably the best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. Apparently this property is new because it still has that "new hotel smell." The front desk staff couldn't have been more friendly. This was an unforuate event and steps were taken to ensure that it was an isolated event. We wanted to try to prevent any problems with reservations ahead of time, rather then the day of check in. It is the hotel policy to only contact the actual guest that made the reservation with the property and that all reservations are...

Business travel recently took me to Alexandria, MN. Having grown up in MN, I was not expecting much given I was leaving Minneapolis. I could not have been more wrong (wronger?)!
