We were traveling I-90 one night when the interstate was too foggy for us to drive any further. We exited in Albert Lea and the Knight's Inn was the first hotel off the ramp. Never heard of this franchise before, so we thought we would try it. When we walked in I thought I was in a five star hotel....

Just a short drive off the highway. Food and shopping close by. Arrived late and was greeted by staff at front desk. Easy check-in. Room was clean with comfy pillows and ample bedding. Needed to turn on the AC when we entered the room but within 15 minutes the room was cool and comfortable. We ran the fan all night...

I wa surprised to see new granite flooring, new lobby, great pool and hot tub, fast reliable wifi (I don't know why so many properties don't seem to care enough to make their...

We stopped here overnight to take a break from driving, and it was wonderful! The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and very pleasant. The rooms were as clean as every other hotel out there. As other reviewers have said, it does give the feeling that it was once a higher quality place, but it still holds strong...

It appears well-worn today. It does offer a decent breakfast/restaurant.
This one remains on Wyndham register, but one wonders how long.
