My family has been coming here every summer for 12 years now and we have no complaints! Kim and John are wonderful. We always take advantage of Bingo night and Reflexology or Massage when we're there and love using the kayaks and sauna. Bring your own boat or rent one there, and bike on the Heartland Trail. If you are... More

Like many other Crow Wing Crest reviewers, our family has been vacationing here for decades (since the 50s!), which provides a unique perspective on why the place is so special. Yes, there are plenty of modern amenities, but in other ways, time stands still at Crow Wing. The kids in the playhouse, the teens on the beach, the adults around... More

Crow Wing Crest Lodge is a haven - a quintessential MN family resort. The cabins run the gamut from relatively old-fashioned to sparkly new with dishwashers and jacuzzis. The beach is lovely and always well-kept up. Kayaks, canoes, & boats are available, as are pontoons for renting. It's a quiet small lake - great fishing, swimming and boating (no jet... More

My family has been coming here for 40 years. We have always loved the lake, but Kim and John, the new owners, have made tremendous improvements. I can't recommend this lake enough!

I've been vacationing at Crow Wing Crest for over 30 years. The cabins are comfortable, Kim and John are friendly and responsive, the lake is perfect for swimming and fishing, and the Heartland Trail is close by for biking and Rollerblading. And is there anything better than going to sleep to the sounds of loons calling on the lake!

I have been going to CWC for 3 years, and it is wonderful every year! Cabin 6 is fantastic! Great fishing for kids and adults, a quiet morning on the lodge deck, swimming out to the floating dock, or CWC bingo, always a fun time!

I've been to Crow Wing Crest 24 times now and I have no plans of stopping any time soon. Every summer the Pokelas of the upper-Midwest gather here for the beautiful lake and campfires. Kim and John (who run the resort) have been consistently wonderful to us and it's pretty stellar that they can put up a 50+ person crew... More
