Room was nice and hotel very convenient to the Palace where we were attending a concert. Lobby is overcrowded and difficult to navigate through. 24 hour food service is a benefit. Nothing special about the morning breakfast. But the BED! It was the worst - soft and lumpy with a big sag in the middle. Neither my husband or I... More

Oh yes, I have being in this hotel twice, service is A1, their suites are just IMPECABLE, so comfortable, I highly recommend this hotel, the price of the suites is fare. Thru out the years there is just a hand full of hotels that their rooms are perfect, meaning even passing the white glove test, and this hotel is one... More

We booked this hotel room through Hotels.com and checked in with no issues. It would've been easy to rate this as Very Good except for a few things that drop it down to Average. Here are the pros and cons that we experienced: Pros: -Really great complimentary buffet breakfast -Easy and free parking -Spacious room and plenty of lights -Large... More

I stayed at this hotel for two nights while my family & I were visiting the Sea Life Aquarium & the Holocaust Memorial Center. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are really spacious. By far my favorite part of this hotel was their breakfast. They had such a wide variety of foods & everything was delicious. On the... More

Good while it lasted! My previous review was extremely laudatory, but after subsequent visits that actually earned me a DIAMOND member status (after staying plenty of nights), I left my last stay with a bad taste in my mouth, perhaps literally. My last stay included a weekend and for weekend travelers, the kitchen staff serves sausage gravy in the same... More

My husband and I were in the area for just one night, and we needed to be close to the Palace of Auburn Hills. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there were lots of options in the area with suites. We tried this one, and we would absolutely stay there again. Our entire bill was 97.00. For that we... We were in the Auburn Hills area, with friends, for shopping and gambling and we stayed at the Hyatt. The rooms were large and clean. They had a large HD TV, wet bar, fridge and comfortable seating. Since I always stay at Hilton properties this was my first Hyatt experience, and it was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was yummy... More

Stayed here one night to visit Great Lakes Crossing mall. The Hyatt is about 5 miles away from the mall. The hotel is fine though the actual bathroom is very small and the walk in shower needed some additional cleaning. The overall set up of the room is nice, large, and spacious though I do not like having the bathroom... More

We booked this through Hotwire for two nights and got a great rate! We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with my credit card on check-in (ran 3 separate cards and still couldn't get it to approve - all had enough $$ available). Assistant Manager was incredibly helpful and... More

We stayed two nights here. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Only thing bad i would say is the temp in the pool. It's a tad chilly. I will definitely choose this hotel in the future.
