My friend and I stayed here for one night after a concert at the Palace. Check-in was quick, and we found our room to have nice decor and was just as described. A guy at the desk gave us a few suggestions for dinner before the show and we settled on the Red Ox, which we enjoyed. After the concert,... more

Booked this hotel for my son's soccer team with much appreciated help from Kim Sierota in sales. Everyone was blown away by the space, cleanliness, attentiveness of the staff and all of the attention to detail that Hyatt put into making this a top notch experience for its guests. Guest services went above and beyond to make sure that everyone... more

Staying at the Hyatt Place, Auburn Hills, proved to be a wonderful experience. It was easy to find (just off I-75) and near plenty of restaurants from sit down to fast food. The room rate was reasonable and they accept AAA. The lobby and rooms are a tastefully modern decor. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their... more

I stayed just one night for a visit with friends. Our room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. We were right next to the elevators but did not hear them. The included breakfast was lovely with breads, fruit, and cereal. The cold cereals were all sugary and kid friendly and they had instant oatmeal choices as well. We did not... more

My stay was superb. Check-in and check-out were easy with the automated kiosks. Room was surprisingly spacious with a sitting area, fridge and sink area on one side. Comfy bed was on the other side. Plasma TV is a plus. Breakfast was satisfying with fresh fruit and breads. Overall, a great stay. I/m planning another stay at a different Hyatt... more

We had a very nice stay here - the rates were quite reasonable (a large block of rooms had been reserved for a special event), the rooms spacious and clean and the staff pleasant and helpful. One reviewer mentioned noise, but we were there for three nights during which the hotel seemed quite booked and had no noise issues. My... more

All in all, I was pretty happy with the Hyatt Place in Auburn Hills. My rooms was very good sized, in fact most places would probably advertise it as a suite. It had separate sitting and sleeping areas as well as a mini kitchen. The bed was very comfortable (but I'm not a picky sleeper) and the TV was nice... more

This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place, and it has quickly become one of my favorites. The rooms and lobby are very functional and well-designed, with the large HDTV in each room a definite plus (given the room size, it almost seemed too big). My room was spotless, with everything in good working order. The bed was not... more

What a great little hotel and a wonderful new concept by Hyatt. The very attractive and very spacious room had many amenities, a large flat screen TV and 2 room set up with a working desk and sofa as well as a fridge and second sink. Free WiFi in the room plus free computer terminals in the lobby. The lobby... more
