My husband and I were in the area for just one night, and we needed to be close to the Palace of Auburn Hills. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there were lots of options in the area with suites. We tried this one, and we would absolutely stay there again. Our entire bill was 97.00. For that we... We were in the Auburn Hills area, with friends, for shopping and gambling and we stayed at the Hyatt. The rooms were large and clean. They had a large HD TV, wet bar, fridge and comfortable seating. Since I always stay at Hilton properties this was my first Hyatt experience, and it was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was yummy... More

Stayed here one night to visit Great Lakes Crossing mall. The Hyatt is about 5 miles away from the mall. The hotel is fine though the actual bathroom is very small and the walk in shower needed some additional cleaning. The overall set up of the room is nice, large, and spacious though I do not like having the bathroom... More

We booked this through Hotwire for two nights and got a great rate! We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with my credit card on check-in (ran 3 separate cards and still couldn't get it to approve - all had enough $$ available). Assistant Manager was incredibly helpful and... More

We stayed two nights here. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Only thing bad i would say is the temp in the pool. It's a tad chilly. I will definitely choose this hotel in the future.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. Good location (right off Rt75, the Palace sports arena short drive up the rd). They have a great free breakfast and indoor pool. John the the night clerk was extremely friendly and had a wealth of knowledge of the area. Rooms are very big. The only down side is if you're a smoker, there... More

Decided to stay at this hotel because we were doing some shopping at Great Lakes crossing (10 mins away) then going to ford field for a football game the next day (about 40 mins away). This hotel was perfect!! Very spacious, room was very clean and the breakfast area was gorgeous with a huge selection of items to choose from. I... More

First off my business trip got cut short, but I have to say that the stay was very nice. The check-in with Sharon was very quick and pleasant as she made sure I was aware of the amenities that the hotel had to offer and was extremely courteous. The room was what I had expected and was clean and comfortable.... More

We stay at a lot of different hotels, and this was one of the better experiences we've had. The staff was very accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. We didn't ask for a handicapped accessible room, but had no problems moving around in my wheelchair. The only complaint I have is that there was no hot tub. It... More
