Stayed there two nights for a family event and was pleasantly surprised how nice it was for this class of hotel. The property is new so it is all very nice but there are extras that were pleasant surprised. The rooms were generours in size. The rooms had both a microwave and a refrigerator. This is probably the best Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in. The hotel is still very new feeling, looking, and smelling. The elevator is in a separate room on all floors, so there is no elevator noise. Pool and hot tub were very nice, breakfast was top tier for hotel breakfasts. Very beautiful area. I was in the area alone, on a business trip, but I felt very safe in the area/hotel. Hotel was very very clean, and modern. Flat screen tv's, nicely decorated, and friendly staff. Great Lakes Crossing Mall is right outside the door! I highly recommend this hotel, and this area! more

First off, I can't believe it is a Holiday Inn! When you think of Holiday Inn's, they are run down/old. This Holiday Inn is brand new (opened in October 07). We stayed here in October shortly after it opened. The hotel is beautiful - very modern and the location can't be beat! It's located in the parking lot of Great Lakes Crossing Mall!
