Stayed for one night this weekend. I found the hotel to be perfect for my needs. The set up is a bit odd because it is a wide property but it didn't bother me a bit. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lobby is neat and useful and the guest service was helpful from check in... More

The hotel itself, rooms and the whole property is super clean and a pleasure to stay at. We travel a lot and stayed here on a couple of different occasions. It has always been very enjoyable. Great for pleasure or business. Rooms have a nice layout, beds are very comfortable, shower has plenty of hot water with an excellent water... More

I stayed here on business in February. Rooms were clean; showers had good water pressure. It's good for the money. I think if I was to go back to this area for work I wouldn't stay here again. Free breakfast would be a nice add on.

Well, I am back to this hotel. Yes, I like it. This time I would like to highlight their booking process efficiency and share with you the great experience I had with this nice app Marriott developed for mobile phones (I tested both, the iOS and Android versions). I went through the reservation routines, added some specific requests (including early... More

Stayed there for the first time with a family member last night (mini trip to Auburn hills/Great lakes crossing). Got checked in by Nikki. Check in was friendly & efficient. Lobby is new, nice convenient market, business center, bistro where we had breakfast. Paid around $10 for oatmeal (fancy), banana, Starbucks vanilla latte & coffee. Everything was delicious. Hot tub... More

Stayed one night on a business trip. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. The standard Courtyard markets are always nice for late arrivals, grabbing a bite for the room. The hotel sits back off the road a bit, have to watch for the sign carefully at night. Good stay.

Will, thank you for the wonderful comments about our staff and facilities. I would like to let you know that we have noticed the location of our sign is hard to see unless you are looking for it. We will be moving the sign closer to the main road and a few feet higher, so our guests are able to... More

Came here for one night as a platinum member. Platinum members receive waters, snack and an item from the marketplace. Keep in mind Courtyards are the only hotel in the Marriott chain that gives no breakfast amemnity to Platinum members and this hotel is no different. Gym had 3 machines and one was out of order. The room was decent... More

I am a Marriott fan who does not like surprises, mainly if they are bad ones. That is the reason why I choose Marriott. You know what to expect and - the best of it - that is what you get: a nice hotel, comfortable, good coffee in the mornings (this particular one serves Starbucks coffee), honest service and employees... Location central to Great Lakes Shopping mall and shopping on 59 highway. We found the cost of the room (even at discount) was not bang for our buck. No continental breakfast, or comp. coffee or tea in lobby. Any food to be had to be purchased at their bistro. No microwave, Fridge that was barely chilled (could not adjust) .... More

Thank you for taking time to write a review of the Auburn Hills Courtyard. I am very sorry that you did not feel like you received the level of amenities that you paid for. The hotel was renovated in 2013 and it has been well received by many guests. The Bistro is open for breakfast and dinner with a wide... More

Stayed here for Business in the area. I very much liked the the modern style lobby area with integrated restaurant. Beds are comfortable and the room are well sized and nicely decorated.
