I looked at internet and priceline and AAA gives me different results for a king bed. Priceline says king bed and AAA says king bed plus sofabed. So I called this hotel try to confirm if I book through AAA if I'm guaranteed to have a sofabed. The staff with an accent seemed to not trained well to listen to... More

Dear Wendy, I first want to apologize for the booking issues you recently encountered. It seems as if there was some confusion on our room types. Most of our king bed rooms do come with a full sofabed however there are some that do not. I want to assure you that providing an excellent first impression is our top priority.... More

Our stay at the Courtyard was amazing. Great customer service. We needed a ride to our event but all the taxies and ubers were busy because of the Pistons game so Josh said " don't worry, I will get the car and take you. It will only take a few minutes and you will be there on time." Not only... More

We stayed overnight after a basketball game. I have been in Courtyards by Marriott before and thought that this was a great alternative. When we checked in the lady in the reception had just offered water and chips to the customer ahead us, but she did not mentioned anything to us, I guess she was tired. Being so close to... More

Nice place, with clean rooms. The beds were big and there was plenty of space in the room. Breakfast not included, but Starbucks is downstairs in the lobby, as well as a little market to buy small food/beverage items. I came here for a business trip, and I was very happy with my stay.

Stayed in a one room suite with my hubby and two boys. the boys took the pull out sofa in the living room area. Cheap, but quality hotel room for Thanksgiving weekend. A little bit annoying though that management was not able to control the wild young hockey players staying at the hotel during a tournament weekend.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard while in town for a Detroit Pistons game. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and is close to the Palace of Auburn Hills. All of the hotel staff that we encountered during our stay were extremely pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff warned us of a local taxi company increased flat... More

SERVICE: Reception is welcoming. Nice people. the night staff responds to greetings. ROOM: The first impression is the constant odour in the room which I find difficult to extinguish between a burning log/smog or accumulated cigarette smoke. don't know if it's the thermostat or the carpet or the woodwork. Not having a standalone wardrobe will work wonders for the appearance.... More

There are lots of hotels to choose from in this area and I wouldn't go back to this one. As a solo female business traveller, I just didn't have a great feeling about it. One side of the hotel is next to a highway. Another side backs up to an empty parking lot where a few 18 wheelers were parked.... More

Got the courtyard patio away from the highway noise like others suggested. Very good suggestion. Can hear some highway traffic still however but not bad. Enjoyed the courtyard until there was a party out there until after 1 am & staff did nothing about it. Staff also doesn't enforce the 10-11 pm adults only swim. Pool area could of been... More
