This cozy B&B has 3 rooms, and great common areas on both the upstairs and ground floors. There are stacks and stacks of magazines and a gas fireplace in the living room. The B&B is a lovely home in a wonderful spot (see pic on their web site). I needed a place at the last minute and though I knew of the B&B, had never stayed there before; but also did not realize it had newer owners. Was glad they had an opening for us! Greg & Patrice were great and unobtrusive... more
O.K., I admit it, I'm a snob about how northern Michigan is being overtaken by overzealous developers and too many golf courses. If you want to go to a town that hasn't been wrecked yet, and still has an excellent beach on Lake Michigan, with good restaurants nearby (and golf, for those of you who play), then try Arcadia.
