Staff was great at this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Little things like the coffee maker basket being missing and the tub draining slowly occurred. But overall a nice place. What more can you ask for a reasonably priced hotel?

Undergoing renovations and the place was a mess. TV didn't work for the first hour that I was there, then it did, but numerous channels did not work, to include HBO. My wife was admitted to U. of M. hospital for surgery and we don't live close to the hospital. I didn't want to be driving back and forth to our residence farther north of Ann Arbor. Our stay was pleasant and close to the hospital. Thanks again to the staff.

Incredibly cheerful, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Great b-fast (bigger and more variety than other Hampton Inns). Overall, a warm and most pleasant atmosphere the minute we checked-in. SO NICE!

Hampton Inn's are our preferred hotel by a long shot. I like the fact you (usually) know in advance they will be comfortable and dependable. This hotel, however, didn't match our needs. I am Diamond level Hilton brand member, so I stay at Hampton Inns all across the United States. This is the one of the worst ones at which I have ever stayed. The two days we were at the hotel, it was under renovation. Water was turned off for six hours. Workers hanging new doors from 7 am to 7 pm.
