Comfortable hotel for a business stay. Stayed on 2nd floor away from elevators. The stay itself was as expected. However, the staff made a billing mistake and charged my card for the stay of another person from the group we belonged to. When contacted afterwards to sort this out, the billing manager offered no apology. Instead she suggested that I myself contact the other person and ask them to contact the hotel billing... more

I travel for business and Hampton Inn is my hotel of choice because of their consistent quality. This one was a little older and had some wear on it. I'm a Honors member and I usually have a bottle of water and some type of snack in the room. This one, nothing, so that was kind of a let down.... more

This is a very nice Hampton with great customer service. They were very helpful several times and even tried to help jump start my rental vehicle that died on me. This is a typical Hampton Inn, by which I mean it is clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and uninspiring. The food, staff and accommodations were quite adequate, as they usually are with Hampton Inns. The location might be an issue for you. Though certain features are always the same, there is a vast difference in the quality of the locations.
