What a pleasant surprise. Our room was just recently renovated with all new furnishings. The carpeting in room and hallways was new and smelled new. Thomasville furniture was new and very elegant. We arrived and the room had no heat. Took an hour to get the heat going, with the assistance from the front desk. About 12:30 am, after our children were long asleep, the heat stopped working again.
