The staff are amazing. And the room was so clean. The beds were super comfortable - giving me the best sleep I have had in some time. The refrigerator and microwave make it easy to eat in instead of out. Ann Arbor was a great place to visit, but the hotel made it even more special.

Front desk staff is pleasant and efficient. I have stayed several times in the past two months for business. The location is ideal for all of Ann Arbor and surrounding areas. My business concern was located in Saline.

We stayed here over a home football weekend so we know we were paying more than normal, but for the quality of the room it was way over priced. The lobby is the best part of the place and the breakfast is your basic cereal, danish and coffee. The rooms are small and run down, but clean. On a football... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel from September 2nd until September 12th. I was disappointed that they didn't give us any price break for staying for 10 days. We paid the same daily rate that everyone else would pay. That isn't right! Even a $10.00 price reduction per day would have helped!!! The desk clerks were so unfriendly!... More

Clean, functional and small but needs sound proofing. It was very noisy. From traffic to people upstairs and on the sides. Also the bed was really hard and the pillows were small. However, the desk staff was very nice and helpful. The location was good.

We stayed three nights. The location is good and close to downtown and mall. The room was clean and the stuff was friendly. Free coffee in the lobby is available for 24 hours. Free breakfast and free wifi. But the bathroom was small and shower curtain smelled bad. Totally I guess good hotel and reasonable price.

Spent three nights here. On two of those nights got less than three hours sleep. Drunken parties in the parking lot. Foul language and sooo loud. I spend over two hundred nights a year in hotels around the world and this had to rate as the worst ever.

Small, stinky room. Rundown exterior. Interior had some minor upgrades, but also seemed old and tired. Price was good. This is one of those old-fashioned motels with doors to the room directly accessed from the outside. There are plenty of other hotels in the immediate area, choose one of those instead.

The location was great, room average, and price was right. Service was good as I didn't have a remote in my room for the TV and within minutes they got me one. The carpets were filthy (invest in laminate or ceramic floors!!), paint wearing off ceiling, moths in the room, and overall dungy appearance. Location and price kind of made... More
