Sarah is awesome, her house is wonderful - see, I really did feel like a guest in her home! Loved the ambiance, the dogs, the location, it was clean and cozy. Did I say it was wonderful? Only problem is she's booked over my son's graduation in 2015!! Oh NO!! I am a flight attendant for a major international airline,... More

We stayed at the Burnt Toast Inn for a weeknight to see a concert. Sarah was a wonderful hostess and she prepared a delicious breakfast. Our room was small but nicely decorated and had everything we might need. The bathroom was extra nice too. We felt very comfortable and will plan on returning.

A quaint and cozy house within walking distance of everywhere. Two big dogs to great you. Not "fancy" or spacious, but nevertheless, perfect. I had to share a bathroom but that was never an issue. And, it was -5 degrees out but the bathroom floor tiles were heated! mmmm. And, my covers were so cozy I didn't want to leave... More

I stayed at the Burnt Toast Inn this weekend. Sarah is an amazing host. Her home is charming, comfortable and modern. The shower is great with fab water pressure and kind of luxurious. It reminded me a bit of Provence, France. The colours are so beautiful and vibrant. Most important, I felt like I was a welcome guest in a... More

When I was headed out the door, Sarah asked me to let her know if I thought of anything she could do to make the Inn better, but honestly, I couldn't think of anything! The locations is wonderful...only 3 blocks from Main Street and close to everything. The rooms are comfortable, well decorated, perfectly clean, and really make you feel... More

I stayed here for work and had the best time. Rooms are amazing, Sarah is really nice and the dogs are amazing. Rooms are beautifully decorated and also very well equipped. I stayed in the purple room and in the attic. I love how Sarah leaves crackerjack and cereal bars all around! Definitely would go again.

My partner and I stayed at Burnt Toast so we could be close to campus for a concert. We usually stay at hotels when we travel, but have begun to explore bed and breakfasts on a few of our trips lately. We found Burnt Toast after realizing a hotel room would be too expensive...and, boy, are we glad we did!... More

We were part of a group of friends who came to Ann Arbor for a football game. We rented out the whole house, which was in a great location for walking to the game and to the downtown locations for eating and entertainment. The rooms and beds were comfortable and quaint. Some rooms do share a bathroom, but if you... More

I picked this B&B strictly on location to be near friends in town, and it didn't disappoint. An easy walk to downtown and since we were loathe to give up a good parking spot, the owner (Sarah) suggested we walk to our friends' house as well. An excellent idea as the weather was nice and we had a pleasant walk.... More

Sadly, I stayed for only one night at the Burnt Toast Inn. I couldn't agree more with other reviewers. The place is super charming. The room I stayed in (The Green Room) on the first floor had all the amenities I needed, including many interesting books! My favorite feature is the screened door that leads out to the deck, there's... More
