PROS: The location is by far the b&b's best asset (right on central campus - can't get any closer), available covered parking, reasonably priced, inn keepers are pleasant and nice. What a gem! This B & B is right on the edge of the U of M campus and could not be more delightful or convenient. Rooms are all cozy and unique and the public spaces are welcoming and charming. My husband and I stayed at the Ann Abor Bed & Breakfast while attending a week-long training at the University of Michigan. We couldn't have had a more pleasant stay with as gracious hosts as Pat and Bob. Just returned from a wonderful stay here. Owners are extremely helpful and friendly and the place is comfortable, clean and very well appointed.
