The staff is outstanding. Five stars there.

We stayed 2 nights at the Bell Tower Hotel. It's location right in the middle of the U of M campus was great. The room was very nice and clean and the staff was warm and helpful. The hotel itself has a very warm, welcoming feel about it - not your sterile lobby type - more like an old world...
