This was the BEST Sleep Inn I've ever stayed in. My past experience with Sleep Inns have not been good, but this one was exceptional. Very clean hotel. Nice to have the Grand Valley discont available. To make this hotel even better they should think about adding a hot breakfast. more

Staff was very accomodating and friendly. The wireless internet did not work so we asked for an ethernet cable for DSL, and it was given no problems. Had no problem receiving my AAA discount. Front desk person was friendly, very familiar with the area. Room smelled fresh and was clean. Our daughter goes to GVSU, so we will be coming back for sure. To have recent reviews with honest appraisals of the downturn in the management, cleanliness, and breakfast at this place (mediorcre, at the very best), and then a 5 review, makes me think the Management is spending time by logging in bogus reviews rather than attending to business down the (stained) hallway. more
