Had no problem receiving my AAA discount. Front desk person was friendly, very familiar with the area. Room smelled fresh and was clean. Our daughter goes to GVSU, so we will be coming back for sure. To have recent reviews with honest appraisals of the downturn in the management, cleanliness, and breakfast at this place (mediorcre, at the very best), and then a 5 review, makes me think the Management is spending time by logging in bogus reviews rather than attending to business down the (stained) hallway. more
