We really enjoyed our stay at casa verde. A beautiful colonial house with a sunny courtyard, perfect to relax. Our room was huge and clean. The breakfast was tasty and diversified and has been served by very friendly staff. The location is perfect because it's a very quite area but close to the main plaza and to all the shops,... More

Casa Verde is a gem, for so many reasons: the best pillows and bed in Bolivia, hot water, friendly owner (thanks for everything, Rene!!) and atmosphere, well-stocked shared kitchen, amazing breakfast (bacon!), and much more. The bigger suites are well worth the extra money, as they have their own little loft with a seating area for reading. The website undersells... More

Casa Verde B&B is the nicest place we have stayed in South America so far! Brilliant location just a few streets up from the central plaza with numerous nice restaurants and bars around. We stayed in a superior room which is great value for money, the room is huge and is split into two levels. The whole place is very... More

Treated myself to a single ensuite room at this B&B. To say good value is an understatement. Had a room with 2 single beds so loads of space. Decent bathroom. Wifi in room although only 1-2 bar strength but decent enough. Breakfast was top notch of eggs and bacon. Rene was super friendly and helpful. Only downside was the pool... More

Thanks a lot for your comment. We are grateful reading your appreciation. What tourist don´t realize, don´t know is that the water supply for Sucre is insufficient. I cannot fill a swimmingpool when families living in the suburbs don´t have acces to water for their daily needs. We can start swimming from April. More

Staying at Casa Verde was for us like feeling at home in Sucre. We have had a pleasant stay: our room was nice, the hotel offers an inviting place to stay and it is well situated in the city centre, and on top of that we loved the warm welcome and care. Rene's hospitality is great, he really is a... More

I spend my holiday at Casa Verde with one of my friends. We had a GREAT time! The service is splendid. The breakfast is by far one of the best you have ever seen: you can get fresh fruit, fresh juice, eggs in whatever form you like etc. Rene recomended us the best places to go to in Sucré. He... More

We stayed a night at this lively B&B, but we wished we would have stayed much longer! The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The owner Renee was the perfect host and went out of his way to make our stay great. He even arranged us a shared transfer to go to Potosi for a fair price. Highly... More

We loved it here so much we stayed an extra 2 nights, so 5 nights in total. A huge comfy double bed, spacious room with seating area that opened onto a pretty courtyard. Good location, 10 min walk to centre of Sucre. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've had in all of South America. Freshly squeezed orange... More

We stayed 3 nights and could easily have stayed longer. The house has lots of character and Rene is a great host. It's is the best place we have stayed for the price, in 7 weeks of travelling in South America. We really appreciated the attention to detail-- coat hooks, shelves, a common lounge, nice beds, bedside lamps -- are... More

Very pleasant to read your comment. Ofcourse you pay for the services we are offering and these are no for free what sometimes people expect. Stayed for three weeks in Nov. 2013. Loved it. Great people both as travelers and staff. Excellent location and a nice walk from most things to see as well as eat. Staff was more than helpful, breakfast was great, rooms were nice. Nothing to complain about and will be back again. Bill-Portland, Oregon
