We spent 3 nights at Genross and were delighted. It is clean, bright and spacious. The proprietors are fabulous - friendly, knowledgeable and talkative. Credit cards are not accepted, though, so I had to make a daily trip to an ATM in order to accumulate enough pesos to pay for our 3 rooms. more

We came to Vina del Mar after edgy Valparaiso to find Brian and Lea at the Hotel Genross helpful and welcoming.
