The hotel is quite old, and the rooms need to be reformed. Also, the room maids seems to think they know better than you about where your things should be placed (I had problems finding my stuff a couple of times because of that) - they should better pay more attention to their cleaning duties...

This hotel is both great and really bad. They are redecorating and it is looking better and better day by day. But do not eat dinner here because the dinner staff is not liking their job and shows it.

The O'Higgins is well past its prime, the hotel is dingy, dirty and makes you feel like you have entered the set of a horror movie.
