We were in Dubai from the 18th of May for 4 nights. The people at the reception and the small cafe downstairs are very kind. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Also the bar was a good place to hang out, since they only serve alcohol at the bars of the hotels. more

We loved this hotel! From the friendly cleaning staff to the manager - they were all brilliant! We arrived at 6am and had to wait until after 12 to get our room as we wanted a junior suite - no smoking. As there was still no room available, they gave us an upgrade. Oh wow! We arrived at the hotel just after 8.00am on 4th June for a 3.00pm check in! The very pleasant receptionist explained that our room was not yet ready but if we cared to sit in the lounge or even avail ourselves of the rooftop pool or fitness centre she would contact us as soon as it was available. Stayed here for 2 nights and found our room to be very clean with all mod cons. 3 lifts were available and no time to wait for them. We stayed one night at this hotel before departing on a cruise. Very handy for Port 15 mins. Quite a way to the Palms 35 mins. Excellent clean and large rooms . we paid approx £70 GB for a room. Drinks very expensive but they all are in Dubai. Highly recommended for short stay say 3 days. more

Stayed at the Four Points Sheraton Downtown for a week as was in Dubai for Business. Could not fault the hotel for the friendliness, location and cleanliness. You do need to take taxi's everywhere but they are so cheap that it is not a problem. The hotel also runs a bus to the Beach everyday. Breakfast was good but expensive... more
