A gorgeous property where nobody speaks English...not reception, not room service, not housekeeping. I am talking to the level of, when I called their room service for the spaghetti plate on their menu, the server said, "What is spaghetti?" I am not joking. Of the 16 times I ordered room service in the 2 weeks I was here, not once... more
