stayed with family very good hotel. staff was very nice except at the spa. rooms were clean and appreciated the laundry machine with soap in the rooms. room service very good. location is very good only 3minutes from airport. the huge mall citicentre is only 3 minutes walking with all conveniences.

The reception was great. I arrived at 2am and checkin procedure took less than 10 minutes. The room was very clean and spacious with full kitchen and laundry facilities. The hotel location is very convenient: 2 minutes from the metro and 3 minutes from the city center. The cost is very reasonable.

Was over all good and calm stay at Flora. The most valued advantage was the access to Metro and Diera City Center by walking distance. Hospitality and Room Service was really appreciable. Will stay again if I come next time to DUBAI.
