We're a family of 6 adults and 2 twin boys (aged 4). We were booked at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. We stayed in a 3BR unit. First impression was good. The rooms are nice, each with its own structure and style. One of the three rooms actually has a great view of the Burj Khalifa! Very... More

Excellent location. Metro Station is at a walking distance with many coffee shops and eateries right outisde. So the hotel is actually thriving on this aspect. taxis are available outisde easily. While the charges are not that of a budget hotel - the service and facilities are those of a budget hotel. We got a room at a higher floor... More

We stayed here for 5 nights. We were a group of 7 people and we rented a 3- Bedroom apartment which we got on the 10th floor. The apartment was very spacious and clean and had awesome views of Burj Khalifa from every room including the kitchen. There were 2 full-fledged toilets and a third powder room which were sufficient... More

We have stayed here for two weeks in a studio room as a temporary accommodation. The rooms size and amenities are OK, but you realise that you pay more than you should - so the value for money is not good. - The wi-fi was one of the worst that I have ever seen. It is given only for one... More

Place had a great location. Room was nice, breakfast was pretty good. Nothing fancy, just a continental one. Unfortunately 2 problems. 1. Free wifi is only good for one device at a time, which is silly. 2. Water was either hot or boiling. No in between. I will say I had a problem with the wifi from my end and... More

I had booked a three bedroom suite for my family visiting from different parts of the world so that they could have a comfortable stay together, instead it turned out to be a big nightmare. It is the strangest thing I have ever heard to give free wi fi but only on ONE device, so if 6 people are staying... More

Together with 2 other work mates we stayed at Number one suites as we were visiting an exhibition. We took a 3 bedroom suite. The location is great as it is close to the metro with 2 stos to WTC. Breakfast is not very good and the breakfast place is small. The rooms were nice and spacious and well cleaned... More

Checking in and checking out of this hotel was a pain. The reception staff is rude and refuses to accommodate even the simplest requests. The room is ok, the location is convenient- stay here if you don't care about service. Worst I've come across in Dubai.

During my recent tour to Dubai I stayed at 4 different 3 stars hotels and this one was the worst however the most expensive one. Hotel really needs to upgrade its amenities, the staff at reception was like they are just doing their job and had no interest in facilitating you, breakfast was real let down with so little options...
