Checking in and checking out of this hotel was a pain. The reception staff is rude and refuses to accommodate even the simplest requests. The room is ok, the location is convenient- stay here if you don't care about service. Worst I've come across in Dubai.

During my recent tour to Dubai I stayed at 4 different 3 stars hotels and this one was the worst however the most expensive one. Hotel really needs to upgrade its amenities, the staff at reception was like they are just doing their job and had no interest in facilitating you, breakfast was real let down with so little options... We stayed ther for 4 nights and the hotel was ok. Our rooms were always clean when we got back to the hotel. Breakfast was not the best. Internet: you could only log in to use wifi in your room which was one person at time, which I didn't think that made sense. Overall it was a low cost hotel.

The hotel didn't look like a decent hotel in our eyes. The lobby is quite small, staff just do their jobs, no sense of service or being helpful. The floor of our room was very dirty, the room was noisy. Breakfast is ok.

We booked an apartment for 8 people for 3 days and paid over 2000 US$. I realise this was over a very popular period, but what really annoyed us was the fact that they only gave us one key card and worst of all, only ONE person at a time was allowed to access the wifi! Another negative was the... More

Location was perfectly close to a metro station and number of western food outlets and coffee shops. Shower temperature was difficult to moderate but pressure was good. Bathroom a little on the small side but perfectly reasonable. The room itself was spacious and well maintained. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Included kitchen would have been great if staying... More

1-check in took half an hour!!! I booked and paid with my old credit card which was replaced by the bank due to technical reasons with a new card with another number. The old card i had to destroy. The brainless reception person was insisting to show him the old card... 2- i ordered 2 bottles if water which cost... More

While looking up a place to stay in Dubai during my recent trip there, I was told that Sheikh Zayed Street is the best locality to be in. So I zeroed in on my search for hotels on Sheikh Zayed Street. Number one tower suites seemed like a nice property and the tariff too wasn't very steep. I was extremely... More
