It's very convenient there is no doubt. With someone waiting for you the moment you step off the plane and taking you through security and then on to the check in desk, you could be in your room in less than 30 minutes from landing. Better still, get up in the morning and head straight to your departure gate. The... More

Perfect for several hours transit sleep and refreshment during the night, made the long flight the next day a little easier. Staff welcoming and room very comfortable. I was glad to be met at the gate by a hotel rep who took me on the long walk and train ride up to the hotel. This made it all very easy... More

Good room, very modern, clean, same as bath room. Complimentary fruits, coffee and tea. Everything worked, no complains. May be, as usual, a bit noisy aircon. No noises from terminal at all. Fantastic for optimizing the rest time: enough to wake up 30 min. before boarding start, just downstairs. Necessary to look which one fo the actually 3 hotels to... More

This hotel is located in the airport which makes it ideal for long transits. I was there for a short night arriving from Jordan and our flight was delayed. One of the staff was waiting for us at the arrival to guide us, which was much appreciated as it was late. We didn't sleep well though, our room was almost... More

Solving an issue properly is one side of guest relation management. What makes it worse is the total lack of response from the management from this hotel to reply regarding a complaint. During my stay end of May the air-conditioning could not be switched off because it made too much noise. The service guy, who did not speak English, just... More

Spent two separate nights in the Dubai International Hotel during longish layovers in Dubai. On the second night, regrettably got a very hot room with a foul cooking smell. It took the aircon about two hours of valuable sleep to bring the temperature down to more reasonable levels. Otherwise this is a very convenient option to battle your jetlag already... More

I was forced to stay here after emirates cancelled my flight. It was waay more expensive than the superior bloc hotel at gatwick I had stayed in the night before. There are no USB ports in the room. There was no view from the room of the runway, only overlooking a transit lounge. If I had more time to research... More

None of them really have any soul or character. This one is clean and comfortable and very conveniently located. It makes a feature of the fact that it is a full five-star hotel, but it really doesn’t feel like one, more like four star or perhaps even three. Its convenient location in the airport, before you go through customs, has... More

Perfect situation for a long layover, maximizing sleep time. You are beyond security so you roll out of bed and onto the plane in about 5-10 minutes. Also, don't worry about the wake up call.... ...because they count on you leaving... Now!! They sell these rooms 2-3 times per day. Expensive room for 7-12 hours with wonderful (but broken) massage... More
